Abbiamo passato il fine settimana presso questo Hotel e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La camera con vista sulla valle veramente uno spettacolo. Una sera abbiamo mangiato anche nel loro ristorante ed era tutto ottimo. Con un prossima occasione sicuramente torneremo

Bellissimo Hotel, accogliente e bello. Stile simil tirolese moderno, molto legno e cura dell'arredo. Camere nuovissime, personale davvero molto gentili. Ottimo, bravi!! Ottimo ristorante

Con amici, per andare al Vinitaly, è stato necessario spostarci dal centro. E a dire il vero, scelta migliore non poteva essere fatta. Hotel tre stelle che non ha nulla da invidiare ad una categoria superiore. Clima accogliente, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Camere ampie, pulite e confortevoli. Letto enorme e molto comodo. Sicuramente da tenere presente per le future esperienze in zona!

Soggiornato presso questa struttura per esigenze lavorative diverse volte. Locali veramente ben curati, camere ampie, accoglienti e ben pulite. Il personale una favola - tutti molto disponibili, gentili e cordiali.

Geweldig hotel, ruime kamer, zeer schoon, ruim voldoende handdoeken en zelfs badlakens voor bij het heerlijke zwembad. Elke dag werd onze kamer schoongemaakt, alles heel schoon en badkamer ruim en fijne douche. Niers was te gek, vriendelijk personeel wilden het ons erg naar de zin maken. Ook een heel fijn bed en het is er heel erg stil, met een prachtig uitzicht. Er is een barretje bij het zwembad voor een drankje of broodje tussendoor. Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en lekker! Ligt vlakbij het mooie Verona (20 minuten) en drie kwartier rijden van het Gardameer. Zeker een plek om naar terug te keren. Ook het restaurant in decavond was heerlijk! Goede kwaliteit.

Immersa nella tranquillità delle colline di Illasi, la struttura è bella ed accogliente e comoda da raggiungere. La camera, dotata di balcone, era nuova e molto pulita, arredata con gusto e dotata di letti comodissimi. Bagno nuovissimo, con doccia spaziosa e set di cortesia. Colazione più che abbondante, con ampia scelta dolce/salato. Personale gentile e cortese. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo. Abbiamo soggiornato una notte per un weekend, senz'altro terremo in considerazione questo hotel per futuri soggiorni in zona.

Nous avons séjourné en famille dans cet hôtel. Nous avions pris deux chambres. Accueil sympathique et personnel agréable. Très propre. Petit-déjeuner top : fromage, charcuteries, yaourts, gâteaux, jus, café, oeufs, fruits frais,.... Chambres ok avec airco et wifi. Piscine avec bar très bien. Nous avons pris un panier pique-nique pour une randonnée. C'était super! Le personnel est de bon conseil pour les activités. Balades à partir de l'hôtel. Le restaurant est très bien aussi. Garage ( 30 places) gratuit pour la voiture.

This is my 3rd time staying here over the years and it’s always amazing. Staff goes above and beyond. The breakfast each morning is wonderful. And the restaurant never disappoints. Will always stay here when traveling to the area. Also the views are breathtaking! Book this place without hesitation!

San Felice is a wonderful hotel, especially if you stay in the apartments. The views are amazing, and the quality of the rooms is excellent. Dinner in the restaurant is of high quality with great service. The outdoor pool and area around it is very nice, the water is a bit cold, fed from a spring I believe

Beautiful location, fantastic breakfast staff , for the rest manager and around very rude. The food to discuss. In the rooms you can find spiders. Cleaning is done only at the end of the stay as also the sheets and towels are changed at the end of the stay unless you pay an extra. If you stay more than a month you must sleep in the same sheets and use the same towels

When the guest comes up with absurd excuses and refuses to pay a deposit for her stay, we are determined but still very polite. We've always be very respectful and polite during your stay, considering the awkward situation you were living and the mass media pressure. Trying to intimidate with a bad review is never a good strategy.

Excellent hotel. Clean, comfortable beds and room. Staff all very friendly and helpful. We had a minor problem with the AC and the staff went out of their way to sort it out and offered us another room. Breakfast was very good and great selection. Fantastic spot and facilities. My only observation was as an English family I felt the locals and Italian visitors had a different service at the pool bar. Not an issue at all and will definitely be going back !!
