CALL THEM BEFORE GOING TO THE HOTEL TO CONFIRM. Booking was not confirmed as per the front desk.
When I checked in I was told that the booking was not confirmed on the system of Zuri Management. Apparently, this issues was recurring since I also encountered other 3-4 more travelers who experienced the same thing. These people booked through Agoda, Booking and I booked through Trip. It seemed like the Zuri Management cannot handle their overbooking issues. Good thing they still have a room available to provide for us. However, they made me pay again despite having been charged already. Someone should take accountability of this issue.
It is unfortunate though that some travelers went through the hassle of this and some even have a PWD and senior with them.
