Great view of Darling Harbour. Given the high floor as requested. There is no parking on the hotel premises. Hotel provided discounted car park at Wilson Car Park, located opposite the hotel.

Located in a very beautiful place and all staffs are super kind and helpful. The food choice was a bit limited but acceptable considering the location (island). Strongly recommend to stay there for a family vacation.

ABANDONED BY THE HOTEL. FRUSTRATION. Booking a 5-star Hilton hotel only to be completely abandoned. Terrible experience and service before, during, and after.
The hotel is located on a private island, with access ONLY via its own transportation—a hotel-operated boat.
When we made the reservation (November 2024), we provided our contact details and arrival schedule to receive instructions from the hotel. THEY NEVER RESPONDED.
We followed up 10 times in the 30 hours prior to our arrival, requesting any kind of response. THEY NEVER RESPONDED.
We reached out via email, phone, and the reservation management platform. THEY NEVER RESPONDED.
We lost our flight from Sydney to New Caledonia and our accommodation, as we were supposed to arrive on an island with only one flight per week and had no confirmation of access to the hotel we had booked.
Today, three months later (February 2025), we have repeatedly reported the hotel's lack of professionalism to Hilton, yet neither Hilton nor the hotel have apologized for abandoning us.
This has been the worst and most incomprehensible experience I have ever had as a travel journalist, a profession that requires me to travel extensively throughout the year.
