The spacious holiday park consists of multi-storey apartment buildings and wooden holiday homes, each with its own green space. In July/August, the municipality of Immenstaad offers a holiday program for children (extra). PLEASE NOTE: Cats are not allowed as pets. Child friendly resort "Ferienwohnpark Immenstaad", surrounded by meadows. On the outskirts, 2 km from the centre, 800 m from the lake. For shared use: children's playground. In the complex: reception, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Central parking spaces. Grocery 100 m, supermarket 100 m, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 50 m, railway station "Friedrichshafen" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km, public bathing area 4 km. Nearby attractions: Abenteuerpark Immenstaad, Pfahlbauten Uhldingen, Zeppelinmuseum Friedrichshafen, Schloss Salem, Affenberg. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Bodensee. Hiking paths: Bodenseegebiet. Please note: car-free holiday complex. The photograph shows a typical example. Schöne, saubere Unterkunft mit guter Aussicht auf den See.Gut eingerichtet.Treppe leider sehr steil.Betten auf dem Boden ( zwar mit Lattenrost) - für Kinder ok

The savings staircase was a disaster, as were the low beds. At 75 years old, I don't have to put myself through something like that. Furniture, bathroom all old. Never again!!!

We as a family spent a very nice holiday there. We were welcomed very friendly. The house was very clean and cozy and is not far from Lake Constance with a wonderful view of the mountains. There are shopping opportunities just around the corner

Even if a holiday home is old, you have to renovate it. Cleanliness on arrival was very bad, first cleaned by yourself

Cottage is practically furnished. The stairs to the top are indeed steep and the bedrooms are small. But the house has a beautiful location (within walking distance of Lake Constance, and close to shops). Beautiful cycling environment.

the house was designed very carelessly, the kitchen has a lower standard, for the price we would have expected a little more comfort. At least a microwave! The shower wasn't clean, as was the toilet (outside), a new toilet seat would also be appropriate..

Well located small holiday home on Lake Constance. Cozy interior, with a very nice modern bathroom. The kitchen equipment, on the other hand, is very spartan and equipped. The location of the house is ideal as a starting point for many excursion destinati

The holiday village is in a very nice location. House partly very small. In the kitchen only two burner stove. Fill the coffee machine difficult because of the sloping roof. But a beautiful, large garden with a terrace that invited you to have breakfast,
