We requested a smoke free room. Room was so-so and linens smelled like smoke.

They are making improvements, the staff has always been nice. Appears they have new bedspreads but need new blankets and fabric softener on towels. We have stayed many times over the years .

We booked this hotel because it was one of maybe 2 or 3 within a good distance from our function at the base. We reviewed it and saw it was 2 stars but it was late and the online pictures didn't look so bad. Upon walking in to finalize our booking and get our key we noticed in the lobby there were a couple of broken T.V.s laid against a wall, the rug in the lobby was very soiled, and it smelled very stale. With all the red flags to not stay, we still completed our booking and when they gave us the key they gave it to us in an already used paper sleeve. On our journey to the room, the carpet throughout the hotel was all the same as the lobby and the elevator was even scarier it looks as though someone smeared a brown substance on the inside door and the walls. Once we got to our room, of course the carpet is the same, the shade to our window was broke so we couldn't close it for privacy, it was a non smoking room but they should just have put an ashtray in the room because it smelled of nothing but smoke. The chairs in the room, one of them was broke and it looked like they sat it against a wall to keep it together, if i had a pet i would not wash them in their bathtub let alone myself, the shower and toilet looks like it was never clean. At this point we know for a fact we could not sleep here peacefully, so we changed into our clothes for our function and packed our things back into our vehicle and never came back.

Have to admit didn’t like the area too much but was pleasantly surprised when we entered the rooms and found they were very clean and beds were comfortable. Next time I visit Maryland will definitely stay here again.

The property provided over night security for the competitors that were in town, electrical outlets and convenient parking for all of us. Very welcoming. An upgrade in mattresses could be a game changer for them. Overall happy with the price and length of stay, and service provided as most hotels don’t even come clean the room, trash, and make beds anymore. Red Carpet still offers this valuable service, Thank you.

Very clean alk staff and employees are very helpful professional and nice

It smelled like straight cigarettes for a hotel that smoke free and the sheets had brown streaks on it and also the water was a weird color me and my bf just left to find another hotel we couldn’t get help from that one

It was questionable if our room was even cleaned. There was no continental breakfast as stated. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Never Again!!!!!

The staff are great. Room was nice and clean and the tv has plenty of channels. Also within a short driving distance of plenty of places to eat.

Enjoyed my quiet stay to recharge my batteries as always. I will be back soon, Red Carpet Inn always treats me well.

Big room that was clean and the staff are friendly and not a lot of noise here whenever I stay. Quiet just like I like it.

The front desk person was very nice a smooth check-in the property was clean in front and my room was clean l was only staying for the night and I had no issues

I saw some terrible reviews on Travelocity and was a little concerned before arriving. I was pleasantly surprised and it turned out to be good. Room was clean and nice! I would stay again
