Candlewood Suites 印第安納波利斯(Candlewood Suites Indianapolis)

This place is not what I expected. There were sketchy people pacing the parking lot and when I came in to check in the guy at the front desk that was helping another guest was arguing with them about stealing from the food counter and it was just a scene for no reason. The room was okay didn’t smell good when we came in but at that point we were just ready to shower and go to sleep. The bed..it caved to the middle so we really didn’t get much sleep. Needless we won’t be staying here again, we will gladly stay at the Springhill Suites the next exit up the highway.

I booked double beds, when I arrived, I received one small bed so my mother and I had to sleep in the same bed and THAT RUINED THE WHOLE TRIP!!! I also purchased insurance on the room that I booked!!! NEVER AGAIN

Of all the open rooms that had to be available I was place joint room with a very loud family. I have never been asked for a deposit but was asked to hold $50 for 10-14 days possibly. The shower head popped off and hit me when I turned it on. Simple fix it was made to be removable but water went everywhere which I cleaned up. The pillows were nice and soft the bed was okay. For the price is was better then most overall.

The customer services was great, the room was clean and for the first time the room looked just like the picture online.

Staff was friendly & courteous. Place needed cleaning & repair--spout in bathroom shower just hanging there by a thread--ready to fall off Terrible internet connection with only 12mb download during both stays over 3 day period--needs to be upgraded before I will return.

Hallway and room smelled like pot. pool was not heated. hot tub was broken. toilet ran unless you jiggled the handle. Remote and bedside table were sticky. Would not repeat this experience.

Convenient to many shopping and dining options, but a block or so removed from the main drag, so it feels out of the way and quiet.

It was a lovely place to stay. I felt safe in the well lit parking lot and the facility had everything thing i needed

Our room smelled really bad like cigarette smoke, the curtains were moldy. When checking out, I was told I will get a night refunded. If this happens I would consider staying here again. The staff was friendly.
