印第安納波利斯品質酒店及套房(Quality Inn and Suites Indianapolis)

We went for the Big Ten Championship game and this place was only a 15 minute drive to all the festivities for a fraction of the cost. It is simple and no frills but safe and clean.

I do not want to leave the impression that service was poor ... it was not ... simply beyond the control of the overworked gentleman at the check-in counter. He was overwhelmed with a large group, myself and a small family all trying to check-in at the same time. In addition, 2 other guest were having issues with their room keys which he had to resolve. He was handling all of this with tact and a smile ... He really deserves at least a raise, and perhaps some addition help. And apparently one of the guests was rather distraught due to CAR-JACKING that occurred in the parking lot the night before. None of this adds up to an enjoyable experience. All carpets throughout the facility are faded and seemed dirty. The banister was cracked in places and also seemed dirty. The room itself had an odd smell to it, the bathroom was unkempt and seemed dirty, and the bed was horribly out of shape and too soft. When I came down for breakfast/coffee in the morning 2 of the 3 serving trays were empty. Overall a very poor showing.

Estaban haciendo algunas remodelaciones en el piso del lugar y no estaba señalado, las herramientas estaban en los pasillos, y en la habitación olía feo además el baño estaba sucio y la ducha tenía pelos, muy desagradable en conclusión.

There was a mouse running around my room for 30 minutes, We had to run the tub for 5 minutes in order to get hot water from the shower, The floor outside of the restroom was sticky, The air conditioner was making this horrible noise when you turn it on and when I spoke with the hotel staff, I was told that the manager would probably not refund my money. And on top of all of that the coffee maker had mold in the back of it and on my second day, the entire motel smelt like moth balls.

Attended a convention with daughter. Location was good hotel lobby clean halls somewhat dated. Liked the cash payment option thank you! Parking lot dirty outside landscaping needs some work.. kids in adjacent rooms were loud. people outside smoking not sure if they belonged there food needed to be better stocked no yogurt first day out of cereal. and bacon or sausage

Professional and very helpful front desk service. Made our day! The property though is very old and in bad disarray, some upgrades in rooms don't make up for the 'scary' hallways. Our front door had to be pushed in to close as it wouldn't even close.

Really nice hotel with the best staff! Very attentive, very welcoming and good atmosphere! I’ll stay again!!!

El cuarto estaba desagradablemente sucio, lo único que estaba limpio eran las sabanas. Pero lo demas asqueroso.

Breakfast was pathetic a few biscuits with lukewarm gravy out of oj at 830 no eggs or waffles. Room was clean but smelled like smoke and mildew.. No microwave in room . Bed comfortable enough . Would be ok for just a night but i stayed 3.
