For the price it isn’t worth it at all. You have to pay for a toothbrush and toothpaste, not even a complimentary water bottle in the room. The floor had a bad smell. Not worth the price

The room was very clean, the bed was luxurious! It was more like an apartment than a room. I loved it!

We drove 20 hours and had a room reserved. I called multiple times about an early check in which I know isn’t guaranteed. When we arrived one hour before check in after burning time around town all morning we still couldn’t get into our room. It was when we arrived that we found out about the construction and renovations being done inside the hotel. This was not made known before reserving the room and at that point it was too late to cancel. We were not staying there during construction while they kicked up whatever mold and dust with an infant. We still had to pay a cancellation fee regardless.

We were in Indianapolis for work. Some of our employees were robbed at gun point in the parking lot. The hotel had called the cops about a sketchy person earlier in the night but did not make sure this person was removed from the premises. The result was my employees being robbed at gunpoint!! One of them was beat up and send to the ER and we got a $35,000 hospital bill. I ask the hotel to cover some if not all of it and they give $1,000 and take no responsibility! They could have helped this situation by not allowing people not staying the hotel on the premises! Especially drugged out sketchy people. I’d NEVER stay here again and if I were you I wouldn’t either.

Room smelled weird, like stale or moldy. Pull out couch mattress was terrible, thin like a sleeping bag. Room was large enough to be 2 beds and 2 bedrooms but was a single suite. Long elevator waiting times, like 20 minutes, maybe only one was working?

Online stated Pool.. there was no pool. No food, 'continental breakfast' only a store to purchase items.

I Feel like we need a full refund for the Hotel at this point. The first two rooms we were given were occupied. The third was finally not occupied. However, the room was not very clean. There was hair in the bathtub and a washcloth was in the toilet. We had an appointment and we were late for it because of the major inconvenience of moving rooms. The front service staff was apologetic but the Manager on duty was very rude and very disrespectful to us and it was definitely not our fault. I would either like a refund or a credit for another stay somehwere of our choice.

Very comfortable,spacious and clean. Got there early and was able to check in anyway. Very friendly staff.

Massive room literally bigger than most single bedroom apartments at an amazing price. Totally updated with nice furnishings and modern TV's. Some of the surrounding area is a bit sketchy but at no point did I have any issues. Super friendly folks at the counter as well.
