This was one of the dirtiest hotel stays I've had in a while. If it wasn't non-refundable I would not have stayed. The "couch" needed a sheet to sit on, it was that dirty. A refrigerator is included but if you jave anything other than a broken 6 pack or what can fit in the door (or not and) good luck. Had to fill the sink w 6 buckets of ice to keep my small Coleman size cooler of food cold. Went to go soak in the hot tub but even though the door flashed green, could not enter. So no pool/hot tub access l. Be very aware this place is not better than a Super 8 or Motel 6

Decent hotel at a low price due to its terrible location, nothing to walk to except corporations and hospitals.

It was a nice stay. They didn’t bring us clean towels over our stay but we’re given when asked same as coffee. Quiet hotel and clean. Hotel did not accept Visa gift card which we did not know in advance. We could have paid on the Hotels app with it but not on site. We had other means but it wasn’t what we planned on doing. Coffee shop was strange. Big but didn’t offer anything but a pot of coffee. Maybe because it was over the Holidays

Need comfortable, room clean, couch kind of odd but interesting. Dustpan left outside my door in the hallway all evening was kind of annoying but in general a nice place.

I wished to transfer to a closer hotel as I got stuck in traffic along the way. They said they are separate franchises and would not be able to do so. I had to push it and make it to Carmel which was not the safest, but couldn’t afford to lose $185. The stay was nice and realized very few rooms were taken and I paid a hefty price for a room. Although it was nice it wasn’t worth the brief stay. The rent desk were nice and helpful.

We loved our stay it was very quiet the safe was friendly check it and out was quick we stayed with our FurSun he enjoyed the comfort of having carpet plus his favorite blanket. We travel a few times a year and this is hands down one of our favorites. We will be back and looking for other locations.

My husband and I spent a few nights here to get away from home. Overall very clean, staff friendly, pool & hot tub area clean and well kept. The downsides were having to ask housekeeping to take our trash and give us clean towels because they don’t come on their own. Also, the bed was extremely firm.

Great price for the location. Not fancy, just a typical hotel room. Was very clean. Only negative was no USB ports to charge a phone (I forgot a charging block). No continental breakfast, bit the did sell Starbucks amd pastries in the lobby in the morning (didnt try that). Didnt try the pool, workout area, etc. Definitely qould stay again
