出來住的舒服

First I waited 1.5 hours for the shuttle from the airport. When I came to my room, it was probably 55 in there with the temp set at 70. Took my bed about an hour to get up to temp. Bistro was closed in the morning so no breakfast either. Very disappointed.

Description said it slept 4 but the pull out couch was a twin so someone had to sleep on the floor, given the hotel was full due to the grounding of multiple flights we were unable to change our room. Also it is pretty far away from the airport.

Dirty. Very surprised by this being that property was Marriott. Room smelled strong of cigarette smoke. Cob webs between bed and lamp. Floor in bathroom was filthy.

Needed a clean, comfortable bed, nice place to stay after an event. This was conveniently located right off the exit. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Checkin was easy and staff very friendly. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

I wasn't impressed with the age of the hotel. The room was okay, bed was comfortable. Just now a wow stay. Sorry.

I won’t book on ******* anymore. Every time that I do I get the handicapped room and I’m not handicapped. Those rooms should be saved for people who need them..

Quiet area which was nice. Needs some updating but did what we needed and provided a place to sleep.

Everything went smooth with exception to the room. When I confirmed the reservation with Marriott, the room was changed to something different than I booked through **********. Instead of a single king room with sofa, we ended up with a 2 double bed room.

The sofa bed was in such poor condition we could not let our daughter sleep on it. Our family of 4 had to sleep in 1 king size bed and it was miserable.

Clean and comfortable. Not new but fine for overnight at airport. Too bad the long term parking isn't free.

Personnel at the front desk were cheerful and helpful! So appreciated in this day. Lobby was nice. Room was very comfortable. Shuttle driver was also very much in the Christmas spirit! Made for a very pleasant stay.

Best 3 star hotel in Midwest in term of service, cleanliness, house keeping and food bar. I enjoyed my stay and will go back again if get the chance to be in Indianapolis.
