印第安納波利斯希爾頓套房酒店(Hilton Indianapolis Hotel & Suites)

Room smelled of fried food and smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling. Had to switch rooms. Incidentals charge was not disclosed prior to booking so that was disappointing to spend an additional $100 upon check-in. Room fridge was located in a space that didn’t allow the door to open properly. TV had no signal. For the nightly rates this hotel didn’t meet our needs/expectations.

We stayed for one night for an event downtown. We used the parking garage that the hotel provided. During check-in the clerk told us to use our keycard to park. We made our way around to the oarking garage and scanned our room key at the machine, which then told us to take the parking ticket provided, which it never provided us with one. So we parked and went to the clerks desk to verify that this was not going to be a problem. She notified us that it would not be an issue upon leaving. However, the next day as we left the garage we were required to provide a parking ticket, which we did not recieve due to machine failure. So we were required to pay another parking fee of $44, totalling $88.00. I have call Hilton numerous times to have this resolved and just get transferred out. I jave called an left messages with the parking garage company numerous times with no response. I contacted Hilton corporate with no luck. I am disappointed with the lack of communication and effort to help provide a solution.

This was our first time in Indy, it was a great time. The hotel was amazing! Very very clean, the bar was great. Didn’t try the restaurant but he menu looked amazing. I don’t really have anything bad to say about it. The virtual key was very handy and cool to use. The makeup mirror in the bathroom was great, the bath towels were huge, the bed was very comfortable, the comforter was warm and soft, everything was extremely clean, the decor was perfect, there were plenty of surrounding places to eat, shop, and drink. Will definitely stay here again if we come back.

As I was arriving for business, I was able to use the office within the room, which was very convenient. The room is of a good size and is clean. The hotel's bar/restaurant has great food and drinks. I would have preferred a daily cleaning for a long stay of over a week than every 5 days.

Nice restaurants attached with fish and steak and then the other had a great Buffett for the kids. Room was clean but the ceiling near the air conditioning has been sealed and repaired many times and had mold growing on it. Nice, but shows it’s age a bit.

The rooms are beautiful! We had a spacious corner room with a great view. Its located within ealking distance of many places. The staff was friendly & helpful. The beds are comfortable and the showers are amazing! It was very quiet & the temperature was perfect.

Overall the stay was okay. Nice size room and space. Due time a for new bedding as the down comforter was not in good condition. It was cover by a sheet that was fairly new.

Great downtown hotel! Two restaurants onsite and minutes from many more! Only wish the pool was a little bigger. Would stay again.

We loved the whole experience. Hotel was really nice and the suite was big and roomy. The room service was nice also. The snack shop was also very convenient.
