Staybridge Suites Indianapolis Downtown-Conv Ctr

Our room was absolutely amazing with full cooking amenities. Good for someone who doesn't want takeout all the time. Check-in was easy. You do have to pay for parking though.

I canceled my trip & hotel stay due to a family emergency. I was informed that i pay upon arrival and there was no cancelation fee. When i called to cancel, Staybridge informed myself that i would have to contact *******, ******* said i had to contact Staybridge.

The stay would have been great, but there was a fire on the 5th floor Thursday night/Friday morning at 2:30 am. We were evacuated for over an hour. There was never any communication from the staff to the guests during the evacuation. There was never any follow up communication either. After the fire, both of our suites smelled like smoke.

Price and rooms were perfect. Breakfast was great. Only complaint is cleanliness of the pool. It was a bit foggy and had some floating things in it… also the elevators needed maintenance so only one worked which was a nightmare at busy times. Staff was super nice as well and very helpful.

Quick and easy check-in, comfy beds, and an awesome breakfast were just some of the perks of this hotel! You can't beat a hotel that's within walking distance to your sporting event.

The hotel itself was immaculate clean. Room was great, breakfast was great, staff were very nice. However there was mechanical issues with the elevators. One was down during our stay and we got trapped in another when trying to get to our room on the 8th floor. We were stuck with another family. Had to call the fire department because we could not get a hold of the front desk after pushing the call button several times and physically calling with our cell phones. I’m leaving a good review because the manager did make it right and refunded our stay. Still a scary experience. We also walked 8 flights of stairs after the incident to get back and forth to our room during the rest of our stay. Hotel was great, just needs some mechanical work to their elevators to hopefully prevent this from happening again.

I really enjoy staying at the staybridge suite. Really nice people. It was clean

Great location for Lucas Oil Stadium and walking around downtown. Limited parking in lot, but nearby garage is included and easy to enter/exit with barcode from hotel.

It is in a very convenient location for attending activities at the stadium.
