印第安納波利斯南I-65舒適酒店(Comfort Inn Indianapolis South I-65)

We came due to price, convenient to highway, hot breakfast, free WiFi and cable. We wanted an indoor pool for our next visit. We expect to make this trip 3-4 x a year. Everything was great. Unneeded items I would like: a channel guide for shows, a working pool. Pleasant staff and hardworking were noted. Can’t ask for more. Thank you and the staff for making our stay restful .

Hotel is in very bad condition. Smells terrible! Mold, smell of cigarettes is in the carpet in the entire building. Stains are everywhere, and just looks disgusting. We did not stay. Had to turn around and leave. Very "nice" of the hotel to charge us for one night. The pictures on internet are a lie! The worst hotel by far

It was very convenient from dwntwn but beware parking dwntwn can be as high as 45/day. If yr lucky u can find some street parking at a cheaper rate. The hotel is close to a big grocery store, but not many restaurants except for the Denny’s kind of on the property. The room was remodeled, bath rm also, comfortable king bed! Ac/heat unit was fine. Carpet on the feet!! Decent hot brkfast eggs sausage waffles…etc

The bad news: My reservation that I made in Feb. was not recognized by Comfort Inn. The manager blamed it on ******* which is possible. The other possibility is Comfort Inn lost\deleted my reservation. The good news: The manager had a room available and we stayed at the ******* price. The other good news: Since I knew we would be returning to the area in a week, the manager reserved a room at a fair price.

We booked to stay here and when we arrived the photos did not look like what we were seeing. You had to walk through a legit construction site to get to the rooms. The bed white bed was covered in some Black substance and the carpet was filthy. The smell from the construction was terrible. We checked out immediately and the manager did agree to refund us and I am thankful for that but with what’s going on they shouldn’t be booking rooms at all.

We prepaid for a non refundable room and they told us our reservation was not in their system. Had to pay for another night in order to stay as it was late and now have to fight with them and ******* to get a refund of our prepaid room that we never got.

The room itself was okay - clean bathroom and bed. But the hall carpet and other floors were dirty. There was a large area near our room on the second floor that looks like it could have been from some's diarhea attack and then dribbled down the hall. Even the elevator floor was dirty. Really! how much effort would it take to have clean floors. It would make such a big difference!

Lobby was nice. Pool area really clean. Breakfast area very clean. Awesome coffee. Hallway carpet unsafe. Wavy in places. Almost tripped on it. Shower curtain had black moldy spots. Mold around tub. Thought the name Comfort Suites would guarantee no unpleasantness BUT. Times have certainly changed.

I stayed in 2 different rooms in 2 different days. Lots of noise from room construction. ROACHES! smells like old smoke! I had to buy febreeze to even handle the smell! Had to leave early in the morning after finding the second and largest Roach in the bathroom. I'm disgusted! We lost all of our food that was open because I'm not going to eat food which may have had roaches on top of it! I believe I deserve a refund!!! I was in another state for around 8 hours with no hotel to go to because check in at new hotel wasn't until 3pm.
