We stayed for 2 nights, both of the nights were noisy at the surrounding. There was sound of big machine until around 1 a.m., we could hear people upstairs turned on the water for about an hour at 1 to 2 a.m., flushing the toilet most of the time at the first night, and it was leaking to our bathroom. We told the front desk person and she said she would tell her supervisor. The next day the leaking stopped, but the noise still there most of the time. The second morning, we had to go before 7 a.m., but the breakfast wasn't ready. The schedule is 6.30 a.m.. People waited, the front desk person said it would be about 10 to 20 more minutes. Some people waited there and later I heard they said they left the hotel without having the breakfast. This was a terrible experience and we will not come back to this hotel.

Staff was very rude. The lady in the morning wouldn’t get off the desk. Most staff had ear buds in and I felt like I was interrupting them every time I needed service. Tub looked stained and painted over. For a holiday inn express this place was very poorly run and taken care of. Spoiled milk too.

Bon séjour, hôtel parfait dans cette gamme. Piscine agréable, petit déjeuner avec un peu d’attente.

The beds were super comfy. Remote for the tv did not work but was replaced quickly. Unfortunately at 3am the smoke alarm began chirping very loudly every 5-10 sec. The night manager was able to put us in a different room but the beds were not as comfy. The front desk didn’t offer compensation for the inconvenience until we pushed the issue.

We stayed at this location on our travels from Michigan to Florida and back home again because the accommodations were so clean and comfortable.

The staff was great. Our room could have used some TLC. The shower rod was ripped out of the wall along with paint flakes falling off the walls and tub. Also the bathroom sink faucet was detached from the basin. Other than that it was still a good stay. We just had to overlook some things.

The property is good for a night stay! Or if you’re taking in a game and don’t want to stay downtown works great. The room was clean the problem was the power to the room. Nothing would power on initially- the tv, I couldn’t iron, because the outlets are powered by this source plugged up behind everything. A staff member did come right away to fix the issue however, the iron was a total loss. They delivered a second one and neither worked very well.
