西北凱藝酒店(BlissPoint Inn Northwest Indianapolis)

Decent place for a quick stay. The room with the king size bed on the 3rd floor was spacious and clean, and there was a refrigerator and microwave. Unfortunately, the elevator was in repair, the pool was closed, and the room did not have hand soap other than a small packet of shampoo. But for a night or two this place does the job.

The hotel didn’t recognize our reservation and wanted us to pay again. Then they gave us a room with two double beds instead of the king bed we reserved. Once we got a king size bed room it STUNK OF SMOKE! And the sink looked like it was about to fall off the wall. Bonus is that it’s right across from Beef and Boards Dinner Theater. Hopefully they complete renovations and it is better soon.

This hotel has not been upgraded since the hotel was built. The bed spread felt like a curtain. The bathroom was old with just a sink no vanity to place your items the toilet you had to open the top to place the stopper down so the water would stop running. The tub had black stains in it. The tv was 24' small. The heater never stopped so you either was burning up and couldnt breath in the room or you froze if you turned it off. And yes we complained about the issues with no actions from management was taken and the employee or manager looked at you like you was asking to much.

The frist room door DID NOT lock securely if you pushed on the door from the outside it will open, there was no dead bolt to lock it. The room mirrors where not clean. The bathroom had hair in the tub. I requested a different room that room didn't have a deadbolt and no fridge. Requested a third room finally was decent

Exterior looked great. The room was fair. There was only one towel. Killed several roaches in the room. Won't be back

My Tom wasn’t clean the tub was really dirty with a ring around the tub so that was a big issue it looked ad if someone had rolled in the mud and then took a shower I don’t know how housekeeping missed that.It was quiet and there wasn’t a point when I didn’t feel safe so that was a plus.

The only thing i appreciated about this place was the guy behind the desk. He promptly fixed the issues which was nice. Other than that EVERYTHING was horrible. The first room we checked into was the single king bed bottom floor. Walked in and instantly smelled old cigarette smells and must. Started examining the beds and baseboards like i do everywhere i stay. Couldnt see any bugs or eggs at this point but multiple condom wrappers, various other trash, and god knows what else. As i preceded to the bathroom i was disappointed by what i seen even more. It was almost like being in a 3rd world country and i refused to shower or use the toliet. As im looking i happen to see something moving on the floor. When i shine a light on it i realize its a baby cockroach crawling across the bathroom floor. Im done and i called the front desk and he came over to look. He agreed to move us inside to a 3rd floor room with double beds. Again that room wasnt much better and smelt terrible but no bugs and no trash. It was late so we just dealt with it. At one point the door stopped working and anyone could have just walked in. They were quick to fix it when we did finally realize it wasnt locking anymore. I HIGHLY recommend you go anywhere but here!

Poor lighting inside the room; no trash can in room; curtains do not completely block lights from outside. Bathtub was dirty.

Beds very dirty and room, bathroom looked like it was never cleaned urine stains on toilet seat. Wires exposed and cover off of AC window unit. Stains on bed sheets, hair, and still trash in trash cans.
