Decent spot downtown. Stayed in two different rooms both of which were ok at best. Staff was great at the restaurant and bar, just don’t get your hopes up for a luxurious room no matter how much you pay. Have stayed at several other downtown Indy hotels and this one was mid pack. Much preferred the Hyatt House or Omni.

The walls were paper thin. You could hear noise from both inside and outside. I live in the city of Chicago, so I'm used to sounds, but this was so loud all night long. The showers were white originally but grey with dirt/mold now. Staff was nice but there were two of them - one front desk one in restaurant. Needed at least triple that.

We ask for small pillows and got them. For a hotel of this caliber pillow choices should be a standard. The room we stayed in had a 2 different night lights- cold and yellow warm light which looked terrible and the toilet paper holder was broken- I expect more from 4 star hotel.

I would not advise anyone to stay here for the prices they charge. When arriving my shower had hair in the shower & on the walls, the water pressure was terrible, my bed sheets had stains on them like they haven’t been changed. With black & yellow multiple stains around the bedding. The only thing good about the hotel was Platt99!

Beautiful hotel and rooms. I loved the art everywhere. The only negative was the buffet “market table” was only open for private groups. We did get vouchers for the restaurant and there is lots of food within walking distance.

At 3am we were just trying to get to our Kim but couldn’t because the system is updating. Ridiculous waste of time!! Horrible service!!! Just want to walk to the Conrad but can’t even get into my room to retrieve me luggage.

The room was very clean & the interior of the hotel is beautiful. The only issue I had was the couple next to my room was having a disturbance. I tried calling the front desk from my room phone, but it did not work.

It was close to everything. No carts for bags had to carry them from parking garage. You have to pay extra to park should be included with the price of the room. No microwave in the room.

Our first room smelled like an ashtray. When we called to switch rooms we were told all rooms were non-smoking. Our new room was run down. The carpets were buckled and furniture scratched up. The shower floor was cracked & moldy. The digital clock showed partial numbers so you couldn't tell the time. When you poured water in the coffee maker, it leaked through the cracked bottom. It was not replaced after 4 days of mentioning it was broken. The tissue box was empty and had one shoved in the top to make it look full. The "business center" was one computer on a ledge in a hallway behind a buffet table. There was no instruction at check-in that you need to place your room key into a slot near the door to turn on the lights. The saving grace was that the beds were comfortable.
