萬豪印第安納波利斯Downtown 的 TownePlace Suites(TownePlace Suites Indianapolis Downtown)

Our room was nice and comfortable. Parking was not available when we arrived due to the football game but staff was able to accommodate after the game and make it right. Alarm was set for 6 am in our room which was a bit frustrating. Shower was a little challenging to figure out temperature setting. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was friendly.

We had a 1 night stay in a suite to visit family. We really liked the hotel. I really liked that it had ample street parking that was free along with the convenience of a lot across the street for a fee. The front desk person (Raven I believe) was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel lobby was clean. Our room was fairly clean but nothing terrible to mention and the beds were comfy. Hotel is located in a nice little spot away from the hustle of downtown but near a lot of great spots to eat. I was impressed and will definitely stay again!

We found this place by reading the reviews and it did not disappoint. We were in Indy for concert but this hotel is walking distance from Lucas Oil Stadium, home of the Colts. The room was small but had everything we needed. The bed and bedding were comfortable and there was a mini kitchen as well. There is a bar and a continental breakfast in the morning that was very good. The staff was helpful and welcoming.

Great location for a colts game! Walking distance to everything downtown has to offer. The hotel was in new/good condition. The staff was very good! One thing- the walls are thin. People above us were making alot of noise! Lots of ruckus in the halls late at night but that happens in many hotels!

The hotel is nice and the room is large. The bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable. The parking garage is small and there were only a couple of spots left late at night when we returned after an event so I assume it is probably full on occasion. It is close to Lucas Oil but not really any good restaurants and we didn’t feel comfortable walking in the neighborhood so we had to drive to other areas. I think I’d prefer to pay a little more and be closer to the other areas of town. Parking was $25 so cheaper than a lot of other hotels. You can hear everything from your neighbors next door as well as above you! In the middle of the night we were woken up to the people above us yelling and it sound like there was running and things being thrown and it happened again closer to morning where there was yelling and what sounded like running again. I know the hotel can’t necessarily do much about this other than warn them but it made for a poor night of sleep. Overall if you need a big room close to Lucas Oil and you can handle a very hard bed it would be a decent choice. I’m not sure we would stay here again personally.

The room was great and breakfast was good. The overnight front desk manager was very rude. I was parked in front of utility closet by a staff member in the garage because of game traffic and front desk woke me up at 2am to move my car for customer. I’m understanding to the need but how I was spoken to was very unprofessional. Recognize you’re waking me up to correct a mistake your staff made. When I came to move my car he stood there and didn’t acknowledge me at all. Him aside it was great. This would’ve been the early morning of 8/20.
