Hotel Indy, Indianapolis, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Definitely misrepresentation of the room. I expected so much more by the pictures. I got the deluxe king size suite. I walked into a dorm room. It was so small! Then the heat never worked!! It was stuck on 70 degrees no matter how high we turned the heat up. When i checked in and they took my payment, thats when they informed me all what was not available during my stay. Never again!

The only dislike I had was the parking situation. It would help if there were directions for where to park on the website. Everything else was great.

loved everything. Design , amenities, overall a beautiful hotel. Im a Luxury Interior Designer and very detail oriented. This place has it all and its beautifully designed .

Very nice boutique-feel hotel in downtown Indy. Great location, large room and beautiful bathroom.

I was with my sister in law for a concert. We were both very please with the decor, cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. All of the staff, from valet, front desk, restaurant employees, and also the employees we came in contact with when their was a fire alarm. The ladies that were in the stairs with us were very friendly and spoke with us. All of the staff remained calm, helpful and very friendly through out the time and until we were all allowed back in. The only feedback that I could provide is that the menu in the restaurant was somewhat limited. The foods we did order were very good. By "limited" I actually mean that for someone who is not real adventurous with food there were not enough basic items offered. The distance to the concert could not have been any better. We were completely comfortable and felt safe the entire time. I will definitely be returning.

My room was very nice. I enjoyed a great breakfast in the restaurant. One of the main things that stood out was the friendliness of the woman at the front desk.

Nice and clean hotel. Location isn't great. My wife was a little nervous walking around by herself (while I was in meetings) and she ended up staying at the hotel to eat. More an issue with the downtown area than the hotel.

I liked the contemporary decor of the hotel and the location. We were able to walk to our event. I wish they had provided complimentary breakfast.

Staff were friendly room was beautiful and loved the view 😍
