A nice, clean and comfortable stay i'd experienced in this hotel, the staff is polite and prompt to respond. The food was splendid and top notch. A good stay at a good price, would definitely like to stay here again.

The rooms were very small and not too clean, they do not have dedicated staff for luggage and room service.

The hotel was ok but service was slow and disappointing no room cleaning despite saying small room and the moment third bed was put no space to even move around. Food was good but breakfast was horrible. No option. Less staff. Horrible location

Hotel was in the interior and the rooms are extremely small if you’re are having a grown up kid and need extra bed then you are in trouble as the third bed once in there is no space left for movement. Some of the staff is courteous. Amenities- nothing is available house keeping terrible when we came the rooms were not ready we had to stand and get everything changed. Had to ask multiple times for toiletries my room was changed 3 times due to room issues. We asked to clean the room when we went out and no one bothered. Horrible. Food was good. Breakfast not much options due to staff and occupancy shortage. At night when we called for tea someone says hang up and the person just hung up the phone. Rooms rating 1, housekeeping 0 food 3 amenities 0 location 0. Price worth 0. My recommendations do not book this hotel unless u really want to spoil your vacation

worst hotel..MANNERLESS STAFF..Worst food..Found hairs in the food .Attached pic..Spoiled our full trip…On check in day full day wasted because of theM..Will ask them compensation coz they spoiled my wholle tril. hotel is very far from city centre..

It was an excellent stay. The staff was very polite and cooperative. The hotel room is a little bit small though.
