The Stay was comfy with family. The staff was friendly and helping. The breakfast buffet was really good with multiple options to choose from and we also can order our choice if eggs and pranthas. The check In of our family was really fast..we were alloted room really quic... Thanks Playotel once again

Hello All... I traval all overt Madya pradesh and Maharashtra... For My Business purpose... I am very choose about my comfart Stay...2 year agoi just talk with Mr Vikas Jain (Hotel Paradise Owner) he just invite me at Hotel.. From thoos day till April 2024 at indorr never any clean and reasonable rates hotels... At centre of Indore...very nice place.. Polite staff... Very clen rooms...Hotel Paradise City centre INDORE... Given the number of good hotels in Indore, I was a bit hesitant to book this hotel. But then, it turned out to be a lovely choice. We have stayed for 3 nights and it has been a wonderful experience overall. Being part of IHCL, we were sure that the basic services would be good. We were however pleasantly surprised with the very welcoming lobby, well trained personnel, the good quality of food, attention to detail overall. A great V-F-M product, for the price that we are paying! Rooms are cosy (not too large but a good size), good linen & towels, the beds are very comfortable. To mention some outstanding personnel - Deevesh, Restaurant Supervisor was a standout. He literally ran the restaurant single handedly. Extremely efficient, very pleasing and most importantly, keen to assist the discerning customer with customised food as per their liking. The food was excellent, however you need the service person to communicate correctly and be involved. Deevesh was just that. Lovely to see such aspiring youngsters on the floor. He was ably supported by Khushi - another very pleasant, happy to serve person. Ever-smiling khushi was always available for any support and more than happy to help. Well done Management, for having such lovely personnel on the floor - especially when you also get quite difficult customers too... We will be back! Thank you WOW CREST Management & team!

It is a newly constructed property with spotless rooms, amazing service, super friendly and cooperative staff, especially Astha, Cheli and Raju Ji. The food is fantastic and room service is excellent. The location of the hotel is great too since it is centrally located and every significant location in Indore is about 5 to 15 min. The staff was kind enough to guide me regarding my visit to Ujjain and Omkareshwar and I followed their itinerary and it worked best for me and my wife. Regarding cleanliness, the rooms were super clean, linens were spotless, towels were really fresh and washrooms were well sanitized and kept. All necessary toiletries were provided. In short, go for it!

訪訪客Hotel located in a prime location in the center of the city. Nice and comfortable stay. Polite and helpful hotel staffs. Food at the hotel for room service is quite expensive especially if you are staying alone but it should do fine if you have come as a family.
