東蘭辛大學區-波茵特克拉麗奧旅館(Clarion Pointe East Lansing University Area)

Everything was fine and the staff was very nice. It was a little difficult getting to the rooms, as there’s no direct path to them, but that’s just the design of the building; not a deal breaker.

This hotel was okay. It was cheap and had what we needed (microwave, fridge, etc). They had limited breakfast options but it was nice they had breakfast in general. They had very helpful employees and a little store of basics like snacks, medicene, and more. I would stay here again if we were going to East Lansing again.

I didn't like having a used toilet paper roll in the room upon entry and the staff dragging their feet about checking me in at 3:18 am despite having charged my card for my reservation not even half an hour prior.

Was very close to the Wharton Center which we wanted. Staff were EXCELLENT! Beds comfortable and breakfast very nice. Thank you.

Front desk was super helpful when we checked in. Room was clean and comfortable. Parking is super for truck and trailer but the exit could use some repair. Only two complaints. TV could not be used. Could only get one channel. So we just used our phones to watch tv instead. And please have something to drink for breakfast for people that dont drink coffee. Will continue to stay here but will adjust for the two small issues we had.

The hotel was nothing what I thought I was getting. The picture online wasn’t the same as when you see it in person. I didn’t like that the rooms were outside and not well lit going to the rooms. I didn’t feel safe and for paying almost $499 a night I was not impressed with the room at all

Friendly, helpful staff went out of their way to help me enjoy my stay. Clean room, good furniture with decent desk and chair, fridge, microwave, lots of storage. Bed too high for this short person, but comfortable. A bit too soft for my liking, but I slept well. Very good breakfast for such places, with hard boiled eggs and waffle batter and maker.

Well we drive over ten hours to get to the hotel. No elevator air not working asked to leave and refunded. Manager on duty was not there I was told she would credit my account back and call me but she didn’t do either I called them today and was told that the booking is no. Refundable. They had no other rooms to put me in so we booked another room at an another choice hotel for two nights and now I have to pay for both. So over all my stay at the Clarion ******!
