The hotel is just next to Innsbruck hbf that you can travel by train or bus easily. There is a supermarket inside the train station and its closing time is later than the other supermarket in Innsbruck. The room is a bit small but they have AC in the room which is very important in Innsbruck summer time.
Absolutely outstanding experience all round - the room we got had a beautiful view of the river Inn and the Nordkette, the breakfast was very varied and delicious, and there are two spa areas, one in the basement and one on the top floor.
AAndrew The GreatGenerally speaking, a decent w hotel, with very friendly staff that is willing to help.
On the negative side, the hotel is literały located on the university campus- which results in a lot of noise especially in the evening. Next door to the hotel is a popular pub where students are parting every day into wee hours. Lots of laud conversations especially after the drinking. My room was facing the pub and even though I was on the 3rd floor , I couldn’t sleep without earplugs.
Another thing to know is that a steakhouse is attached to the restaurant - nice place but rather expensive. 12 to 15 min walk to the train station. Numerous bars and pubs in the immediate area, typically crowded in the evening, and people drinking along the side walk that is narrow.
訪訪客Very close to the historic part of town, a ten minute walk at max. The hotel is outdated, but the room was functional, and the mattresses, pillows, and bedding were excellent. The most comfortable nights sleep.
Buffet breakfast was well laid out with plenty of choice, very nice. Best buffet breakfast this tour.
If a good bed for the night, good location, and breakfast, I would recommend this for an Insbruck stay.
