Room description not indicated (no view or miuntainview) unlke with other booking app. Our room was noisy because of the exhaust. It was hot in the room and with poor ventilstion.

Maganda和malinis yung單位。單位所有者非常包容。Na-驚喜郎po kami sa 3 000比索的押金每間房間的房間損壞。印地語po kasi naka表示sa預訂確認。廚房設施hindi rin nakalagay sa預訂確認yung mga gamit如微波爐,加熱器,電飯和電爐,所以hindi kami naka pag準備和nakapag dala ng food na pwedeng macook早餐。但總的來說,所有的大亨和安全的ang lugar。到目前爲止,na享受naman namin ang pag留在namin並在baguio旅行。謝謝。

This hotel has some good points: 1. Great buffet bfast with a variety of food selections. I like their dried fish, omelette, langgonisa, coffee, breads, fruits. But noticed they did not serve bananas. Staff looks attentive to the needs of guests. 2. Have greats restos and shops nearby. Also near the CJH Conference area. 3. Has ample parking and nice garden plus heated pool. However this hotel also needs improvement on the following areas: 1. Front desk looks like they are not coordinated. Made separate booking for three nights via Agoda and Trip.com and informed the hotel about this arrangement. However, after our first night, front desk asked us if we are extending our stay. Worst, they deactivated our key cards so we have to go down again to have them activated again which caused some inconvenience. 2. Toilet has a foul odor so called housekeeping who took some time to attend to us. They told us what to do to avoid the foul smell but some unpleasant smell still remained so reported this to the team leader who sent their engineering to check. The hotel staff told us they will return but never did. So problem was not solved. 3. Requested for late checkout since our trip back to Manila was still at 2pm. However, front desk cannot commit and said will require approval. We followed up and got no positive feedback. Called team leader and made complaints about issues 1-3 and had our request accepted. 4. Very difficult to book a taxi or grab and the guards said because of too many guests or tourists. But it’s a pity that such an expensive hotel also has no shuttles service. We booked this hotel because it’s near the conference area but disappointed because we felt we didn’t get the value and services we were expecting. Anyway, thanks to the great staff.

我們最近一次旅行時入住了巴吉奧小屋酒店 (Chalet Baguio)，整體體驗還不錯。飯店地理位置優越，靠近伯納姆公園 (Burnham Park)、塞申路 (Session Road) 和其他巴吉奧景點。如果您想探索這座城市，又不想在交通上浪費太多時間，這裡非常方便。 房間乾淨舒適，工作人員熱情友好，服務周到。入住和退房手續快捷，飯店整體氣氛溫馨宜人。 然而，我對自助早餐感到失望。選擇有限，食物品質也未達預期。感覺更像是匆忙解決，而不是值得期待的早晨。希望飯店能夠改進這一點，因為早餐真的能為一天的心情定下基調。 此外，停車位有限，在高峰時段可能會比較困難。

The room was clean and tidy when we first arrived. You can just notice that the place is an old hotel but overall, it’s a good stay. The amenities are incomplete coz they don’t have slippers provided and you need to pay additional if you want to change the sheets and covers and blankets etc. The food is good and we enjoyed it. The CR is also nice but it’s hard to control the heater, you just leave it all to chance. The staffs are helpful and cheerful. The place is accessible to a loooot of scenic views and parks. It is near Rizal Park, Burnham Park, Baguio Night Market, Baguio City Market, City Hall and park, SM City Baguio, Sky Ranch, Baguio Cathedral, Session Road, Pink Sisters Convent, Foam Coffee,and Cafe by the ruins (famous coffee shops seen in TikTok).

位置很棒,離城市廣場只有幾步路。工作人員很包容。 然而: ❎房間走廊由於位於下面,很怪異。更像一個地堡。 ❎電話服務不工作,工作人員說是拔掉了插頭 ❎唯一一個小櫃子損壞了 ❎牀單癢 ❎電扇不乾淨 ❎自助早餐的選項有限,如在,有限的😩不是典型的自助早餐

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 飯店乾淨，房間氣味清新，入住/退房手續便捷，員工熱情友善。無線網路連線良好。 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 自助早餐：食物美味，但選擇有限，通常都是豬肉/牛肉，希望也有蔬菜和海鮮。希望有蛋，不要現場煮，不然排隊會很長。 ⭐️⭐️ 如果您有車，這裡是最佳位置😊 只是離市區有點遠。出租車不多，所以你真的別無選擇，你可以預訂 GRAB（Grab 的出租車費為 200+，但如果你是常客，則為 100 或更少）有一件事是爬到酒店主大廳令人頭暈目眩，如果你不習慣開車，螺旋坡道真的很陡峭，我希望有人協助你上下車，這樣你們就不會撞到彼此，避免發生事故。

酒店和工作人員都很好。路上的設施非常好。很棒的餐廳和糕點店。位置是往返碧中心的噩夢。但這主要是因爲它是菲利普最繁忙最不友好的城市。不推薦給西方人

房間本該30平方米,但15平方米...含衛生間。 洗手池排水管剛放進大一點的牆管...,意思是根本沒密封,污水味兒傳進浴室,晚上在房間裏也能聞到
