This comfortable two bedroom cottage is efficiently tucked away in the back corner of a large lot on a country cul-de-sac affording the convenience of a 10 minute walk to town, a 7 minute walk to Cal Poly Humboldt, a 3 minute drive to 101 and the quiet privacy of a rolling rural road. The refurbished original wood floors bring a classic yet new golden beauty to every room. The updated kitchen with cherry wood cabinets and prosumer Bosch and Viking appliances brings equal delight to preparing quick small meals for one or two as it does to being the central gathering point serving up a banquet of varied dishes when entertaining a moderate crowd. Open the sliding glass door and you effectively extend the kitchen to include a propane grill, an additional table and chairs and a long deck allowing up to 20 people to bask in the beautiful summer weather at the same time.
