「Disappointed With Our First Stay This was our first time staying at Marco Ocean Beach Resort, and unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our experience. The biggest issue for us was the lack of warmth and hospitality from the staff. From the front desk to the beach bar, we rarely felt welcomed or valued as guests. There were several occasions when I would walk up to the front desk and wait several minutes to be acknowledged, even when there was no one else waiting. The staff generally came across as cold and uninterested rather than friendly and attentive. We had a similar experience at the beach bar. The waiter and bartender were not welcoming, and there was no warm greeting or friendly interaction. It felt more like they were simply taking our order and moving on. Unfortunately, this was the overall feeling we experienced throughout our stay. We also found the resort to be fairly inflexible when it came to activities, which was another disappointment. When staying at a resort, you expect a certain level of hospitality, service, and flexibility that makes you feel like you’re actually on vacation. After this experience, I understand why people are willing to pay more to stay at the Hilton or JW Marriott in Marco Island. It’s not just about the property—it’s the service, hospitality, amenities, and the way the staff makes you feel. We really wanted to love this resort, but unfortunately, our first experience did not leave us wanting to return. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because with a greater focus on guest service and hospitality, this property could provide a much better experience.」

「這是我第二次在客棧。兩次都很棒的體驗。工作人員絕對一流!房間很大,設備齊全。兩台不同的咖啡製作機,葡萄酒和prosecco購買,葡萄酒杯和長笛(真正的玻璃,不是塑料!!!)和陶瓷杯。浴袍,充足的毛巾,熨衣板和熨斗,保險箱,甚至一把傘。游泳池很小,但足夠大。免費班車到海灘,也是!!!整個地方非常風景優美。如果需要去Ft.邁爾斯/那不勒斯地區,這是住宿的地方。我一定會回來的。」
