My house is steps from the Indian Rock Vineyards tasting room and a 1.5 mile pleasant walk/drive to Main Street in Murphys where you’ll find unpretentious wine tasting, great restaurants from thin crust pizza to California nouvelle cuisine, Gold Rush history come to life, outstanding shopping for all budgets and great antiquing opportunities. A little further afield you can enjoy caves, ziplining, walking tours, kayaking, skiing, snow shoeing as well as many hiking trails including Calaveras Big Trees State Park with its famous and stately Redwood trees or…Stay in your robe and slippers and relax on the back deck with a peaceful view of the woods. Enjoy local bird life visiting the many feeders. Kick back with a glass of wine, a good book or gather everyone together to watch a movie in the cozy den.My home is fully equipped with modern conveniences to ensure your comfort and enjoyment including a kitchen outfitted for cooking, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, TV with cable and free WIFI.The master bedroom looks out on the beautiful deck and includes a king size bed and full private bath.
