「Nice property. Unfortunately the renovation did not benefit all rooms. The location is wonderful, right off the interstate but secluded with woods and walking paths. The indoor pool looks perfect, but unfortunately it’s closed without good reason. Also, the bathroom does not have lotion, toothbrushes, or other toiletries except soap and shampoo. The room has zero water bottles. The gentleman at the front desk was kind but I wish he asked if we needed water bottles or toiletries or if we were rewards members. Water pressure in the shower was weak, but the water was hot and soft.」

「The Front desk especially Mr. Travis was very helpful and cooperative. The housekeeping forgot to clean the room one day and Mr. Travis apologised」
