This house has 4 bedrooms, a game room and extra tv room, 2 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower. This is a nature enthusiasts dream with hiking, boating, kayaking, skiing, fishing and hunting all at your fingertips! After a day of adventures, kick back and relax while enjoying the picturesque views of the water. There is something for everyone here in all 4 seasons!This house is 1600+ square feet on two floors. There are docks on the property for guest use. Kayaks are available with some life vests. There is a public boat launch on Lake St. Catherine and a second boat launch at Lake St. Catherine State Park. A boat launch is available for those seeking a day of fishing or water skiing on the lake. A short hiking trail offers visitors a tour of the Big Trees of Lake St. Catherine and a breathtaking view of Birdseye Mountain.No dogs/pets of any kind allowed. Any evidence of pets found on the property will result in a $500 fine.No smoking.
