This home has direct access to snowmobile trails,, hunting, and fishing. ATV trail access is 3 miles from the house. We are only 15 minutes away from Saddleback Ski Mountain, and only 45 minute drive to world class Sugarloaf USA ski resort. Just 5 minutes to Mingo Springs golf course, and 45 minutes to a championship course at Sugarloaf USA. Rangeley lakes area offers some of the nations best fly fishing in a number of lakes, ponds and streams all within 15 miles. You can spend the day doing any of the many activities the area has to offer, and then relax in the outdoor hot tub and watch the deer, moose, and turkeys pass through the yard.About the house: The house is newly constructed with the first floor offering hardwood and tile throughout. First floor has radiant heat and a stone faced propane fireplace. The granite kitchen has all of the amenities of home including a dishwasher.
