Prestige Radium Hot Springs Resort, BW Premier Collection

Room was excellent, food in the restaurant; wings were dry, pizza was good. I wanted to use the fitness room earlier than 7am but was told I couldn't, I didn't appreciate the inflexibility that I have always been shown by other hotels and there was someone already using the room when I went by before 7. Having been told I had to come up to the reception to get a new key. Too rigid. Patrick.

First night was fine. Loud, screaming yelling hockey team showed up on the next two nights. Running in the hallways, no room at the pool, adults partying in the room next to us. Housekeeping could not be bothered to take the trash out of our room. Had to do it ourselves every day. Would not recommend or ever stay here again.

My husband and I spent 3 days here. Good location for access to highways and walking distance to restaurants etc. Rooms are very clean. Hallway carpet seemed dirty. We chose to take $10/ night food vouchers and passed on housekeeping service. Clean towels were handed out If requested . Breakfast not included in price. There is a restaurant on site that is open for breakfast and dinner. Hiking trails nearby. We were able to make good use of those. The bathroom sink is table top. Oval design with high sides. Very pretty and modern looking but very awkward to use ,especially if you’re short! We hated the sinks!

It was a decent suite. The interior of the suite looks a lot better than the rest of the hotel. The food in the restaurant was mediocre and over priced. Customer service for both restaurant and lobby was bare minimum. It wasn't a welcoming feeling, but i wouldn't say anyone was rude. They don't offer checkout extensions here, would have been nice to pay a bit extra to check out a bit later than 11. Pool and hot tub were nice. If there was a sale i would come back. Wouldn't stay for full price though.

Very nice hotel, clean and quiet. Staff at front counter their customer service was great. Room service could have been better. Never left clean glasses or cups after cleaning room. And they should leave more than 2 coffee in room knowing room occupancy is 2.

The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The room was clean and comfortable. Easy access from parking lot to our room. Wildlife right in the parking lot.staff were very helpful. Restaurant on site was convenient. This is our new r&r get-away.

This is a exceptional place to stay, nicely kept, great staff and it's great place to relax. If your golfer and want a quiet time in the evening, it is perfect, how ever if your a traveling family stay away from the town of Radium, it is absolutely dead by 9:00pm. Down the road is Invermere, close to both Radium and Fairmont Hot springs and a very nice town full of many activities with many places to stay.

Great stay! Clean room, easy check in/out. Excellent service at the restaurant, highly recommend starting your day with having breakfast here!
