錫達別墅旅館(Cedar Villa Guest House)

The location of this guest house is very good. Breakfast served is also very nice. Room was clean and warm. Still I'm giving 1 star because of the landlord. He is VERY VERY RUDE, ADAMANT. He doesn’t know to to behave with guest. We are from a country where we don’t usually drink water from bathroom basin, so we have mental blockage to fill our bottle from bathroom even we know it's the same water as kitchen. We requested very politely if he can give us some water from kitchen admitting that it may a silly request. However he denied very badly and told us, either you drink from their or you buy. This does not cost him any extra penny neither it was a something very difficult request still on arrival his behaviour made us down. Even one night we slept thirsty as it was night and cold and we were unable to go out. There are plenty of bnb near by, you can choose either of them to avoid this awful person. You never know how he will treat you for your simple request.

Ho alloggiato nella camera singola con bagno privato esterno. La casa è tipicamente inglese, bisogna tener presente che è possibile sentire rumori dalle altre camere. Materasso e cuscino sono comodi e sia nella stanza che nel bagno esterno era presente tutto il necessario. Frank è stato un host molto disponibile e gentile. Menzione d'onore alla colazione inglese che prepara ogni mattina: fenomenale.

Stayed for one night at Cedar Villa B&B in Inverness. Owner Frank and his four legged companion Doris made me very welcom. Pleasant stay for just the one night. Nice room warm and cosy. Traditional Breakfast cooked to order in the morning. Why stay in corporate hotels when great independent B&B’s like this to stay in. Well recommended.

Had the pleasure of choosing this guesthouse on Kenneth Street Inverness, very close to centre, bus and trains, restaurants and shops. Also near by is the Ness Walk, a beautiful walk along the River Ness with footbridges along the way to walk over to the far side. Around 6 miles in total. My room was a single, kettle, tea/coffee provided and tv. Bed was comfy, had a private bathroom. Towels and soaps were provided. Breakfast every morning cooked by Frank, he can cook! It was hot and tasty, juices and cereals also provided. Busy area, most noise caused by the local seagulls!!

Beautiful B&B with real character and really nice owners who cooked a great breakfast. The room was comfortable and homely and it is a great location for accessing some great places in Scotland. Thank you very much :)
