Un accueil feutre mais efficace,ce boutique hôtel possède un charme tout particulier,les chambres sont confortables avec une literie de premier ordre ,le service est attentionné et le petit déjeuner parfait. Une très belle découverte

We booked the ‘Extra Decadent Room’ at a cost of $797 Australian, breakfast included. This meant it had a verandah with a hot tub on it. The staff were so lovely and friendly. Exceptional. My husband said the omelette he had for breakfast was the best he has ever had. I do have concerns for people with mobility issues as they will find it difficult to get in and out of the shower (as it is in the bath and a big step down). Also, the internet did not work in our and this made it difficult to access emails about our trip home etc., and the air conditioner did not work. We were recommended this hotel and we can see how it has immense charm and service.

Staff are good, food is nice, but the room could have been from faulty towers. What’s worse, it was the most expensive in the hotel at £320/night off season. Sauna was broken. Bathroom tile grout was black in places. Stains all over the ceiling. Light switches didn’t work. Paint tired. Stingy tea and coffee. Tv broken. Emailed above to hotel on checkout (a week ago), and no reply so posting here.

Vicki and the entire staff at the Rocpool Reserve Hotel were exceptional. All of my (many) requests were handled quickly and efficiently. Our dinner at the restaurant was outstanding both in terms of service and quality. All if our breakfasts were delicious. Brava!

This is an exceptional hotel with a staff that goes above and beyond to make your stay special. We arrived to be greeted at the door with help with our luggage by Vicky. She gave us some highlights and sent us out to explore. Upon returning, our bags were on our room, and Sava helped us settle in. The breakfast was the best in Scotland. Everything was fresh and the table beautifully set. The service and food were expertly done. Seva helped us get a taxi and is an expert in her field. This was the best experience of our whole trip.

The Rocpool Reserve made our time in Inverness so special! We loved everything about this little guest house. It is within good walking distance from just about anything you want to see and do in Inverness. We received complimentary Prosecco upon arrival, and each day a complimentary breakfast, tea time and happy hour. All of the food and drinks were delicious. The staff were very friendly and made us feel so valued and welcome. The bed was comfortable and the bath products were excellent. A few things to note (not complaints): We booked a room with a hot tub on the patio. Based on website photos we expected a view; but it did not have one. However, it was incredibly private, which was nice. We had a soak each evening after being out in the windy highlands air each day. The complimentary bath products did not include conditioner for your hair. This was not a problem as we brought our own, but worth mentioning so you can be prepared.

What a great find, great location close to the town centre but quiet and with ample parking. This small but perfectly formed hotel was very welcoming with great extras - afternoon tea included ( one of the best I’ve had ) also early evening tasting spoons ( delicious taste of Scotland) with free drinks - there’s really no need to go out for a meal after these two things. Large luxurious rooms and beds for a great nights sleep and an amazing breakfast included ( try the Arnold Bennett omelette it’s incredible) all topped off with amazing service from Vicky - Nothing was to much trouble, making our stay one of our most memorable. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending.

We were very pleased with our 2 night stay. The room was beyond our expectation and very quiet and intimate. The staff were amazing attending to us in the lovely bar and breakfast room. Service and attention to our stay was exquisite. The property was well located and in close proximity (10 minute walk) to a number of restaurants.

This is a lovely hotel located an easy walk from downtown Inverness. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by Aiofe, the manager. We enjoyed complimentary cocktails in the bar and Aiofe set us up with dinner reservations a 5-minute walk away. I would definitely return here.
