因佛內斯中心普瑞米爾客棧 - 尼斯河(Premier Inn Inverness Centre (River Ness))

位置很棒，房間也很寬敞。但是，停車位非常有限，我們選擇了當天最後一個可用的停車位。否則我們將不得不把車停在別處，然後步行回酒店。這家酒店非常好，工作人員也很友好。住宿的好地方。

As someone who has stayed a Premier inn many times, this stay compounded my view that the quality of service at premier inn has been going down recently. Reception staff were not present at the time of checking out- I want to leave my bags there so I didn’t have to take them around Inverness for work yet no receptionist was there despite using the bell twice. The food quality wasn’t as good as I remember before with the bacon being very dry. The Room was fine but the service of the hotel has brought my rating down.

Siamo stati qui solo 1 notte come prima tappa del nostro viaggio in scozia e siamo molto soddisfatti. La posizione è ottima in pieno centro con parcheggio a pagamento disponibile..noi non ne abbiamo usufruito ho trovato posto fuori l'hotel. Check in rapido e veloce con un ragazzo gentile e simpatico. Camera premier spaziosa pulita. Colazione tipicamente scozzese (uova fagioli pudding bacon salsicce) con qualche cosina poco direi, di dolce. Sicuramente una buonissima scelta.

I hate kneeling on the floor to access my suitcase. Had a large room and there is room for one. I had to beg and beg to get some flat surface, a footstool out of the lounge. And althouh I'm not challenged this was incredibly an accessable room. One can take basic just too far. Not again Premier Inn.

Hace poco estuve alojado en este hotel Situación Buena Habitaciones Amplias y cómodas Camas Las sábanas no son completas Almohadas, con reservas Servicio de recepción Deja que desear Le pedí al chico de recepción que indicara si podía dejar el coche en el parking del hotel ( 11£/ 24h) quién respondió que sin problema No comprobó si había sitio por las cámaras o en su sistema Cuando llegue al parking, no habia sitio. Subí a recepción, me indico que no sabía... pero que podía dejar el coche el parking del supermercado de enfrente pagando un cantidad. Cuando fui al parking del supermercado, no se admitía dejar el coche por la noche. Volví a recepción, el mismo chico me indicó que no era su problema, que preguntará en el supermercado o bien que había un parking 6 minutos andando. ¿ no podía haberlo indicado desde el principio? Muy mal servicio se información El desayuno muy bien

Whilst the hotel's location is amazing, I was very disappointed in the stay. I had raised a complaint immediately after reaching the hotel stating the ACs were not working and we had a couple of rooms booked. Initially was informed the ACs were off but even after they were switched on, it barely seemed to be working. Had to resort to requesting a fan but even those were wonky, noisy and not working. A replacement fan did seem to placate the heat a little bit. Raised a formal complaint with Premier Inn but it seems they are not interested in investigating.
