北凱索克酒店(North Kessock Hotel)

Lovely room - bit of a mishap meant our room had not been cleaned but the manager dealt with this very well - upgrading us to a bigger room immediately. We had a great dinner here - halibut was excellent, as was my partners venison. Good family friendly atmosphere - attentive staff. All in all a very nice experience - would recommend.

Stayed in room 5. Good points - good night's sleep. Comfortable bed and room warm and quiet . Nice view. Breakfast was well cooked and tasty. Diner service was quick and meals well presented and enjoyable. Staff were friendly. Not so good - the room is very cramped and not as shown on photographs. There is a wardrobe immediately to side of one window and two chairs in front of the other. The chairs are there as some guests like to sit and look out of the window I was told. The shower is adequate but very small. Almost impossible to turn round. The room was clean except for stain on carpet and black mould on one of the widows which is in dire need of attention. Glad I kept my receipts as called back on leaving to pay for meal that I had already paid for. Over all, we enjoyed our stay but I would not have been happy if we had paid the price quoted on websites.

Great find in Inverness! Booked twin room for my son and myself,great local bar, for a drink, and the food in restaurant was simply superb!,friendly helpful staff, breakfast great, fresh quality ingredients, view from room to die for! Well done! Can't wait to return! Steve Reynolds

Fantastic hotel, clean well decorated rooms. Location is perfect, great views and very quiet. Staff are friendly and extremely helpful. Food was perfect, breakfast and dinner choices and quality are great. Would highly recommend this place, will be staying here again!

Visited on 24th September with my Husband and Parents. The food was sensational. Will definitely be back soon, now one of our new favourite places to eat! The portion sizes are very generous for the money. Well worth a visit and staff were A+.

Visited tonight for my Aunties 84th birthday, table Of 7 and I can honestly say the food and service was absolutely fantastic. From the mushroom miso soup, langoustines and scallops we all add to start they were all just super. The mains didn’t disappoint either, the monkfish was delightful, the venison was cooked to perfection, king prawns in batter and steak all first class. Service was great and the whole experience was splendid. Thank you.

The staff were lovely and accommodating. The room was comfortable and well appointed. Great view of the water and fantastic restaurant!

Booked dinner for 5.30pm. Waited 75 mins to be served. Lovely meal but spoilt by the wait. Not even a complimentary drink offered. The 7 year old was ravenous. We ordered two rounds of drinks as nothing else to do. Very disappointed as it was a special birthday meal.
