來自住宿之回應: Hi, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and suggestion regarding the car park bollard and lock. We understand how repeatedly bending down to unlock the bollard can be difficult, particularly for our elderly guests or anyone with mobility concerns. We appreciate your practical suggestion of placing the lock higher on the pole to make access easier. We will certainly pass this feedback on to our team for consideration as we look at ways to make the parking experience more convenient and accessible for our guests.Thank you again for helping us identify ways we can improve.Best regards, KumarProperty Manager
