Great stay friendly staff and comfy beds would stay here again if I was in Ipswich. Food was good at the swallow next door and all staff were friendly. Air con was an added bonus in this hot weather. Check in was fast and room had everything I needed for a great stay

Room 101 is located directly over what I assume is the laundry room or something with what sounded like a washing machine with a concrete block in it. Avoid this room. Also was unable to book at room at the location was told to book online so had to leave the property and book in the carpark where there was better reception. Not impressed for £144 a night

After a long 6 and half hour journey we were very tired but due to the lack of signage for Premier Inn Ipswich South our very tedious journey was extended as there is absolutely no signage and the road name sign so low to the ground it was visable

Clean and tidy, quiet accommodation. Large car park and brewers fayre next door serving good food, soft play for the kids to keep them entertained. Family room was spacious with sufficient beds and comfortable for all of us. Check in was straight forward with no wait.

The man at the door had checked in somebody else into our room. When we got there our room had gone and the room he out us in was a double! He did make up the sofa bad, but the room was generally made up poorly. No cushions on the bed, no finishing touches. The room was an adjoining room with another- which had lots of kids in which were so noisy. We could hear whoever was on reception watching tv on their phone and an alarm. It was absolutely freezing in there. Very old fashioned and run down. Mattress on double felt like it had seen better days. Hotel smelt of an old people’s home.

Long journey to get here with work but warm reception on arrival. However grim room stinking of a strong smell of disinfectant that was overpowering . Found hair trimmings in the bath on arrival! Meal deal is good value but brewers Fayre next door. Staff helpful food okay but not great. Comfortable bed as usual. Paltry 2 teabags and coffee in room.centrally located with parking

Premier Inn accommodation was mostly what was expected, the disappointment was the quality and service of breakfasts. Breakfast are now self service, items regularly missing, items not regularly topped up, items cold, supervisor not to be found. Recommend going to local supermarket for breakfast.
