普瑞米爾伊普斯維奇市中心碼頭酒店(Ipswich Town Centre (Quayside))

A good hotel with comfortable rooms serving an excellent breakfast.The hotel is very close to the old docks was what we wanted as we were on a sailing barge cruise. There is good parking at £6 night. It is not a long walk into the city centre.The rooms are everything you would expect from a Premier inn.

Perfect location for an evening of fun. Excellent views of Marina are 2 min walk away. 5 min walk to nightclubs, takeaways, shops. Comfortable and not too expensive. Overall perfect value for money. Decent bar with good drinks. I did not opt for any food.

We had never stayed in a Premier Inn before so didn't know what to expect (apart from good beds of course!). The room on the second floor was pretty basic with twin beds and a small bathroom but equipped with everything you need for a one night stay, apart from air conditioning. The hotel is situated between two busy roads and opposite the bus garage so opening the window would only have let in noise. There are controls that make it look like there is air conditioning but don't be fooled. The temperature is set at 19 degrees and doesn't go any lower and the whole system switches off during the night. It was a warm and completely airless night and my sleep was only saved by a wonderful night receptionist/manager who found a stand fan I could use, plus the very light-weight duvet I had brought with me, knowing that all hotel duvets are too heavy in summer. We had the continental breakfast which was fine apart from lack of any decent bread. On request I had a freshly made bowl of porridge. All staff were pleasant and helpful, especially the man on duty at night.

Gutes Hotel für kurze Aufenthalte. Leider merkt man der Gegend und dem Land den Brexit an. Es mangelte an Personal und Material, der Koch war am zweiten Tag krank und daher gab es dann auch nur Marmelade und Obst zum Frühstück. Auch war der Getränkeautomat defekt.....wohl seit längerem. Trotzdem muss man erwähnen hat das Personal motiviert und freundlich agiert.

We stayed here for my birthday the staff where so friendly the place was lovely and clean the room was lovely food was lovely .the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and for my birthday thankyou Ipswich quayside . definitely be coming back again

Excellent service especially from Ellie, Marnie, Belle and Jack. Nothing was too much trouble and they really looked after us. After arriving late, we were greeted at reception and offered a hot drink. Breakfast was lovely as always in Premier Inn. Thank you all.

The staff especially Haden and Jack, really go the extra mile to ensure your stay is as good as it can be! Offering local layout of the land, and sorting parking while being booked in. Being in the restaurant, offering fast service with hot food! Great attentive service, would recommend.

Room 309 window to left of TV doesn't seal when closed,which means you hear traffic noise all through the night and bus depot first thing in morning,also TV in room 310 is directly behind your head when in bed so if you have an inconsiderate neighbour who does late night TV viewing till 2 am can be very annoying
