Very helpful people. Arrived early and let me in to my room. Clean tidy and perfect for what I was looking for. Exactly as was described and was upgraded without asking. All correspondence was easy and accurate to follow. Thank you.

Everything was perfect during our stay. Very comfortable for me and my wife. The room was clean and a nice size, the common areas were perfect. We will definetely stay again in the future. Thank you very much Martin and the team!

Extremely easy directions,information about entry, finding room and parking.Room was clean and tidy and everything we needed was supplied.would definitely recommend. Didn't venture down to the kitchen but glad to have that option.

We only stayed one night, it was literally a stop over to sleep. It’s all we needed. The room was a little out dated but didn’t affect the stay. It was clean and comfortable. Simple as that.

I needed a bed close to the hospital. Location was great - just opposite a Sainsburys store as well. The room was clean and functional - the mini fridge proved useful. The bathroom was also spotless. The other guests were very considerate and there was no noise. If the circumstances arose again I would certainly use it again. Great value for money. Dave

Had a terrible weekend at a young relatives funeral in Hampshire and the last straw was being unable to get home to Norwich with trains being cancelled due to flooding. My overnight stay here was like an oasis of calm and peace. Everything was easy from the booking, checking in and finally being able to shut the door on the world and sink into the heavenly bed and cloud like pillows. Thank you.

Accommodation just outside Ipswich Town centre Plenty of parking Each room us enquire and has a fridge and microwave There is also a large shared kitchen and dining room for guests to use It was so quiet, no noise all the time I stayed there Recommended, good value Accommodation

Lovely, peaceful place to stay. Our twin room had everything we needed including very comfortable beds and the best feather duvet and pillows! The Owner and staff we met were very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again.

Only stayed for one night on business but overall excellent. Decent very clean room with desk for laptop, large car park, coffee/tea even had a fridge and most importantly good data EE. That's one area where they differentiate from the local premier inn where you have to go outside to make a phone call.
