伊基託斯歐洲酒店(Hotel Europa)

I was thinking that I paied on the website (I receved a mail from you who said that), but it wasn't right and I do not receved a mail to Say that it not walked. And when thé hôtel said to me that I didn't pay, I answer that yes, I already paid. After vérification, I wasn't pay... So, it was a Lost Time for the hôtel and me to check that. I didn't anderstand because on your mail, you said that it was pays, but in fact no. Some mistake become sometime, but it is necessary to me to tell you that. The hôtel is allright, and really friendly. Regards.

Good location. Just three blocks from Plaza de Armas. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff very friendly and helped me to arrange some tours in the city. Transfer from and to the airport was included and also breakfast. I now know where to stay next time.

The staff was AMAZING, they were so helpful when we had to unexpectedly jet back to Lima for the PCR test that was unavailable in Iquitos. They somehow hustled up our laundry, washed and folded ( which I was preparing to abandon) even as we flew out the door for the airport. Too bad we could not have stayed longer.

Nice option to stay in Iquitos if you are going on business mode. Close to downtown and restaurants. Rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. I would suggest to improve wifi speed. Hotel staff is very friendly and ready to help all the time.

The hotel staff were friendly, offered airport pickup, rooms spacious and clean, however this hotel did not have a lot of the things that were advertised. I was staying at this hotel just for the night because I was headed to the Amazon the next day. I arrived around 6pm and I’m a solo female so I wanted to just arrive at the hotel, not leave and eat dinner there, then go to sleep. Upon arrival I asked where the restaurant was just to be told there was no restaurant. I was extremely disappointed as that was the reason I booked this hotel and it advertised that there was one. As a young solo female traveler I did not feel comfortable walking around by myself at night but I was forced to walk to the nearest convenience store to grab a snack for dinner. The next morning I went to breakfast, which was mediocre at best, that was located in the supposed restaurant. So there is a restaurant, but it’s only open for breakfast I suppose. There was a pool at this hotel as well however there was no water in it, so I’m glad I wasn’t planning to use the pool. There was also no hot water for the shower. The hotel itself overall is fine, just extremely misleading and did not have many of the things advertised so be aware.
