This was a business trip that I put together for a couple of our workers and they were treated very well at this establishment for the 3 weeks they stayed. As I was the person who put the trip together, I worked closely with the front desk and had to make a few last minute adjustments as our team was flying in from international locations. They made the process effortless. Upon completion of this trip I was in need of over 20 itemized receipts from the restaurant staff which is not an easy thing to assist with. They patiently listened to my request and immediately went to work, pulling multiple receipts from a 26 day period for multiple guests and rooms. Within 24 hours they had located all the receipts, taken pictures of each, turned them into pdf's and emailed them to my accounting department. I was blown away with how thorough, quick, and understanding they were with this very cumbersome request. Truly OUTSTANDING customer service from planning, to arrival, the stay, and even the amazing work done post stay. Thank you to the front desk, cleaning staff, and restaurant staff. I am blown away by the attention to detail and thoroughness given to your guests and will be recommending this hotel to all our customers, vendors, and personal family and friends. Thank you!!!
