Old , sheets were worn, towels seemed to have spots, not very clean. Bed was rock hard, pillows flat, like magazines

My room was clean and the staff was very nice. But, I had no hot water and a very musty refrigerator. I would try it again though….it could have just been an off weekend.

Parking was easy, AC worked well, Staff was friendly, room needed some updates.

parking was fine. room was ok. needed better lighting in shower. tv instructions would have helped. but for the price, it was ok.

As always the room was clean and always well stocked with towels. The owners are really great people and always very accommodating. I always stay here when i come to town if a room is available.

FLIES in the room dead and alive! Some stuck to a sticky ***** in the Only windows that did NOT open AND there was NO AIR CONDITIONING!!!! DIRTY Place!!!!

This is a basic older motel near downtown Iron Mountain. We just needed a place to sleep for the night and wanted to be able to walk to some local establishments. The rooms are basic, but clean and the rate was the most reasonable in town.

It was horrible want Jennifer's money back to her the shower wouldn't even turn off . The room was disgusting. N hot

Lack of heat No heat - walked into a 65 degree room, with outside temperatures forecast to fall into the 40's during the night. We couldn't get the heat to turn on and had to get the manager. He pushed many buttons, lectured us, and bled water from the radiator system - telling us it would be warm in 15 minutes. After 30 minutes, no change. We contacted the manager again and he then confessed that the heating system was not turned on because it was summer (Sept. 7). By then it was late and we slept in a very cool room.
