剛到酒店的感覺是不錯的，比較乾淨，客服人員也比較熱情。不過酒店還是舊了些，感覺房間的地毯有些味道。早餐也是簡單的可憐，基本上就是喝個咖啡，吃個煎蛋和香腸，還有些水果。這個價格有點不值。

Everything was fine except I forgot to put the car slip on the dashboard and got a ticket! That needs to change. There must be a better way. Thanks.

Embassy Suites in Irvine offered a delightful stay! The complimentary breakfast and drinks were a highlight, adding value to our experience. However, the unique presence of clothing boutiques on the second floor brought an unexpected twist, with the pacing women creating a bit of an oddity. Despite this, the staff was exceptionally nice, and the rooms were impeccably clean. The quirkiness aside, Embassy Suites provided a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. If you can embrace a touch of the unexpected, it's a great choice with friendly service and clean accommodations.

Not the ideal place to stay. The room I was given 605 was next to the service elevator and you can hear it from your bed making it difficult to sleep.

Decent hotel, budget friendly and friendly staff. That being said, its old, run down and the furniture in the rooms is just downright nasty dirty. This place needs some love.

Had a wonderful vacation over Christmas. The hotel was clean, affordable, spacious and the food was delicious. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Definitely would stay again

The central AC was broken in the room. The hotel only provided 3 fans. But their cooling function didn't work. When we checked in, the front desk staff didn't tell us anything about the issue. When we checked out on the second day, I brought up this issue to the staff. They admitted they should inform us earlier and solve it. However they said there was nothing they could do. I was shocked by their answer.

Temecula ES take some notes. Great place to stay but ES needs to update their brand.

This was not a great stay. We checked in and asked them to make the pull out bed. They don’t do that. They dropped off sheets for us to do it. The air conditioner in the room was ridiculously loud. We didn’t realize it till late (when we put it on). Since I could not sleep I was up early and wanted to make a cup of coffee. They had a coffee machine but had the the wrong pods for the machine. So I couldn’t make coffee. I would recommend passing if you have another option.
