It's a good place, Nice and clean

The best part of my stay was the mattress and bedding were very comfortable, and there was ample seating, and a kitchenette and table/desk with a chair to eat and work at The TV signal was fuzzy and glitchy, so trying to watch anything on the TV in the morning or evening was frustrating and when I asked to get it fixed or switch rooms, they said they unfortunately that’s how the tv signal was and that were sold out of rooms.

This hotel was amazing. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was amazing and expresso coffee in the lobby was the best. We were there for a girls trip and able to check in early and we also got a later check out for a fee! The kitchen in the room was so continent and the beds were so comfortable. Everyone was so helpful and kind! I will be returning to Newport I’m three weeks with my family and cancelled our reservations at a different hotel an booked here at Element!

We really liked how clean and quiet the hotel was. And the breakfast options were so good!! The only thing that dissappointed me was the breakfast cooker making the eggs and crepes on friday morning 9/1/23. Not sure if he was having a bad day, but he was super rude and passive aggressive. I politely asked him if he could make me over easy eggs, and he got super defensive. It was rude. Besides that, everything else was great
