Staff: great and nice. Room: clean. Location: great. Breakfast: good. Thanks a lot for the great helps from the staff at the front desk who help us to track our parcel and give a help to receive them. So nice girl.

When we arrived I noticed a faint brownish stain above the shower on the ceiling, like something had been painted over. By day 5, the brownish stain had turned black. It was black mold. It may have had something to do with the bathroom vent/fan not working fully. I let the front desk staff know upon departure.

I loved the location of this hotel. Very convenient. The staff was friendly & responsive. I enjoyed the gym & the pool daily. Plenty of parking. My only complaint is that the fridge door opened in a way that made me squeeze up against the wall to get anything out. Not a huge deal, just a little pain. But I would be happy to stay here again.

I stayed at the property for 2 nights. On the day of checkout I requested a late check out and I thought all was good but the Manager Paola was very rude during the call. Saying to me that I was being sarcastic for asking a question in regards to a late check out. Shocking that a Manager would speak to a customer in this tone and manner. She showed no professionalism at all. Also there was a roach in my room. I’ve stayed at the property before and had no issues. Just this isolated incident.

The place is dated but the visit was great. Its quiet, mostly clean (The parking area could be better swept). They upgraded me to a larger suite without my asking. Convenient to DFW.

I loved the layout of our suite and the conveniences like being able to connect my phone to the TV via Bluetooth. The only things I was dissatisfied with were the tears in my comforter at the bottom as well as the overall room lighting. The room light was behind the tv and was very dim; you had to turn on the desk light next to the bed to be able to see in the room. The couch in the living area was very uncomfortable to lay/sit on as well. Other than that, it was an overall very pleasant stay!

Good price. We had a few minor issues but management took care of them immediately and they went above what was expected. I was totally satisfied with how all of the staff that we encountered were so accommodating especially Ms Brenda in the kitchen. Thanks to all of you for your extra effort!

we were so pleased with our stay. LOVED having the option to cook in our room! (saving us alot of money) Location was also perfect to enjoy sights around the area while we were in town.

Check in process was a bit of a struggle. Make sure you have a chip credit card available renting with 3rd party sites for room deposits. Excepts no applepay, googlepay, or cash deposits.
