The air conditioner in my first room was broken. Because I checked in at 11 pm on Friday, I spent the first night in the warm room. I called Saturday morning at 10:30 am for maintenance. No one came from maintenance, so I asked for a new room at 6 pm. They moved me to another room. On Sunday when I returned to my room at 3:30 I was locked out. When I went down to the front desk they told me that I checked out. My room was paid through Monday! Aside from this, there were never any clean towels. They crew would come in and clean and take away our old towels but not replace them. The front desk didn't have any towels. They said they were in the wash.
