First off, the staff couldn’t find my reservation. They assumed I was at the wrong location which was not the case, gave them my information and confirmation and said they still couldn’t find it. 20 minutes later I was given a key to my room. The room looked fine, but the air conditioner came on and off every 5 minutes. Woke up at 3:30 AM for a shower before my flight only to find out that there was no hot water. Long story short, won’t be back at this doubletree.

Receptionists knew I needed transportation at 7 am along with another woman but she called transport off because she couldn’t see us sitting outside. When I went in to inquire where the shuttle was she told me she couldn’t see us but when I turned to point out that we were sitting in your chairs, I could clearly see the other woman sitting there. Your receptionist nearly caused us to be late to our flight.

I had a few events to attend, they were next to the freeway and in the middle of each event making it easy for me to get to everything. The staff was pleasant, hotel very clean, and was able to get some peace!

When I did checking, the lady said break fast is free 6: AM to 10:AM but when we done with breakfast they charged $30 by saying that if you booked a hotel from ******* you have to pay for the breakfast and restrooms was like so small water stuck in the bath tub so it was completely bad experience for me…

The front desk staff were incredibly rude to myself and various guests throughout my stay. Employees at the restaurant and housekeeping staff are friendly while employees at the front desk are actively bad at their jobs and taking out their frustrations on any guest that approaches. I witnessed one guest indicate to the front desk staff that he had been waiting for the airport shuttle for over an hour. The front desk staff barely acknowledged his presence and refused to provide the manager's contact information until **their own employee** overheard what was happening and began arguing with them about their poor quality of service. I reached out to the General Manager of the hotel, LaTina Ray, with my experience and have been ignored thus far.

Arrived and were checked in by a person basically reading from the manuscript she was taught. Got to my room which was not a king (which i ordered specifically and was about a miles walk from the elevator, but then again we all need exercise) and called to have it changed. Response from same person was " we don't have any more Kings. We apologize" When i ask why i had not been informed either upon ordering or at check in, I was again told "we apologize". Later in the evening I returned from a meeting and wanted to purchase a glass of wine in the bar. There was one bartender who served both bar and lounge restaurant and was completely un interested in my presence. Once she finally came over after exactly 8 minutes, I asked for a selection, was handed a scan code and she walked away again for another 4 minutes. Once back, i order my wine, she serves 4 other customers first and then hands it to me, I paid with a 20$ bill and the only words that were uttered were "I have no change!" in an offended voice. I said keep the change and walked to my room only to find a spider who wanted to have the second of the two queen beds in the room. All in all an absolutely sub par experience which i am sure comes from management's lack of engagement.

I booked a room with two queen beds and when I checked in I was told they were overbooked and only room with 1 king bed is available. They added a spring mattress to the room. There was literally no space to add the additional bed and made it tight to walk. The quality of the bed was so bad that we couldn’t sleep on it as you could feel the spring when you lie down and bed made noises. With 2 kids and 2 adults we had lot of trouble staying that night. Secondly, staff at front desk was arrogant, when asked why the room type I booked was not available, she just got irritated and said either I take room with king bed or cancel the booking. Overall a terrible experience and I’m never going to this place again.
