DFW北凱隆酒店(Clarion Inn & Suites DFW North)

A very nice place and sumptous breakfast

Me encantó es un hotel no muy nuevo pero es acogedor y limpio que es lo más importante y tiene lo que uno necesita. Además esta espacioso. Lo vuelvo a rentar gracias!

Terrible check out. The property charged the stay directly to my card (as requested in the booking), but the receptionist refused flatly to print/provide an invoice for the charge. His excuse was that "this should be provided by *******, not by us", and left me without receipt of the charges, nor providing any other solution. The worst check out I have had in 25 years

We drove 3 hrs to sleep 4 hrs in the hotel because we were told there was free parking with purchase of a room and we were to fly out the following morning for 4 nights. When we got there we were told parking was not free and we could not park there more than 2 nights. The front desk staff had an awful attitude and clearly hates her job and hates people. She told us to call who we booked it through immediately. We went back to our vehicle to make the call and when we walked back in she said our room had been sold to someone else. ******* tried to tell us we could not get a refund but she did speak to them, allowing us to get our money back. We spent hours calling other parking places and hotels who were all booked. We ended up sleeping the remaining 2.5 hrs in our vehicle in the airport parking lot before catching our flight.

We were thankful for the Clarion after missing a flight and being stuck in Dallas. There are seven in our family, so we need two rooms. They were able to get us two double queen adjoining rooms, so we were all able to be together. This was simply a kindness on the part of the concierge. Everything in the hotel was clean and looked new and fresh. Our beds were so comfy (not too hard, not too soft-just right!), which is particularly important for me, as I have severe back problems. The bedding was soft and fluffy. The shower was a good size and a funky, curved shape. We swam with the kids and got in the hot (not very hot) tub, which was a blessing after being in the airport for hours. The hotel also has a shuttle, which was necessary for us. The drivers were kind and skilled. We ate both dinner and breakfast at the restaurant on site, and it was delicious. Fantastic tacos! Highly recommend the Clarion.

I wouldn’t know about anything except the service. Called for over 20 minutes to get transportation. No one answered the phone. I was within the check-in deadline but ended up paying for a room a never got to see and spending 25 hours at DFW. ******* has “ escalated” my request for a refund. My suggestion to this hotel, don’t accept reservations if you don’t plan on coming to pick people up or answering your phone.
