✨Moderno, pulito e confortevole✨ Ottimo punto di partenza se si vuole visitare la zona come anche la città di Grenoble: 15 Min di auto. La zona è molto bella e tranquilla!😉 In ogni stanza c'è una piccola cucina, il suo Wi-Fi privato e un Chromecast attaccato al TV Samsung🔝 Nota di merito alla colazione: ABBONDANTE e VARIA! Raga, mi ha stupito seriamente in tutti i sensi: lo consiglio seriamente!!🙂

La chambre n'est pas très grande, mais j'y ai passé un bon séjour, cependant, ayant branché mon réveil sur une prise, il ne restait plus qu'une prise pour charger mon téléphone et ma tablette ou mon ordinateur. Il faudrait au moins une troisième prise près du lit. A part le manque de prises, le chauffage fonctionne parfaitement, et la chambre était propre.

The studios are great and well equipped for cooking and in the bathroom. Staff is very welcoming and nice, breakfast is good ! The hotel is well located in the city center and near the tram station. I recommend this place for a stay at Grenoble !

J'y suis allé pour le travail. C'est une bonne chambre de bonne qualité par rapport au prix. Le véritable plus de l'hôtel est le petit déjeuner (très bonne qualité) et une salle de d'accueil très sympa. L'accueil des réceptionnistes est extraordinnaire et très professionnel.

J’ai eu l’occasion d’y séjourner cette semaine pour un séminaire à Bourgoin. Personnel au top et très avenant , chambre propre, petit déjeuner sympa, buffet varié pour un ibis budget Un plus pour le parking qui est appréciable Facile d’accès, Merci à toute l’équipe je reviendrais

We stayed here for 3 days in August. The hotel is in two parts separated by a short distance. The main chateau houses the gastronomic restaurant and the more comfortable rooms (these are mainly in a separate building nearby). There is a large park surrounding the buildings. Then there is the Cottage nearby, a modern restaurant with more basic rooms. (I've stayed here before, while returning from a 70th birthday party in Aix-en-Province) The food at the Cottage is good but less elaborate. This time I had the best hamburger I have ever eaten ()given the general level of this dish this isn't setting the bar very high but still welcome).. The rooms at the main part are very comfortable and the gastronomic restaurant is exceptional. And since we are in the Rhone valley the wine list takes some beating.

訪訪客Ceux qui me lisent régulièrement savent que je ne suis habituellement pas tendre avec les hôtels de cette chaîne. Principalement parce qu’on attend justement d’une chaîne qu’elle investisse pour proposer une offre uniforme quelle que soit le lieu, et ce n’est pas le cas chez Ibis (et quelques autres marques du groupe). Ici, bonne surprise, l’hôtel est récent et corrige quelques faiblesses de base, comme la taille et/ou disposition des chambres. L’ensemble est bien équipé et isolé. Un grand espace de détente, presque cozy. Et, enfin, petit déjeuner de très bonne facture. Varié et copieux. Quelques services annexes bien venus (spa, lieu de travail…). On aimerait que tous les Ibis soient comme ça. Seul petit inconvénient, il est excentré.

訪訪客The hotel is located right beside the Grenoble train station in what could be considered as a business district. Surrounding the hotel are a range of offices such as the World Trade Centre and the School of Management. The main centre or more touristic area is a pleasant 10-15 stroll away or indeed you can take the tram. There are a few restaurants and convenience stores located within 5 minute walk. The entrance to the hotel is a little unassuming However upon entry you are greeted with a modern lobby. There is a nice seating area for meeting or enjoying a drink from the bar. This then expands to a restaurant area which gets good reviews and then further to the breakfast area. The fixtures and fittings are to a high standard and have a semi luxurious feel. The check-in was professional however a wait was needed until the room was ready even though it was already 2pm. The room was quite a contrast to the modern plush interior of the lobby. It felt a little dated and showed the signs of aging. The carpet and sofa stained, the curtains ripped, the table edging peeling. The decor of the room appeared a little drab. The room was a privilege room and was spacious with a large double bed (two singles zipped) sofa, desk, chair and lounge chair. It was equipped with a mini bar with complimentary drinks and a coffee pod machine (limescale in the water tank) and large screen TV. The bathroom was split into a separate shower and WC - handy for families I'm sure but not hygienic to have two doors between the toilet and sink. The worst element of this room was that it was located opposite the lift. The lift chimed not only when it landed on that floor, but also it seemed everytime it was used, that could only account for it chiming at least twice a minute in peak times and was loud enough for me to try and put pillows at the door to soundproof it somewhat. The room also didn't get cleaned in the three day stay when I left it empty each morning. Upon return after lunch I requested from the cleaner to at least replenish the tea/coffee but she never returned. Overall, this is a pleasant hotel and good value for money. However my opinion is that it is not up to the standard of other 4 star Novotels in France.

訪訪客L'Hôtel était proche de tout. Le personnel est souriant et très aimable. Une très bonne literie avec un lit où l'on n'a pas envie d'y sortir. Le petit déjeuner bien rempli avec des produits fait maison sont très appréciable.

訪訪客Hôtel très bien situé, à proximité de la gare. L'accueil est irréprochable. Sur la propreté, il n'y a rien à redire. La literie est excellente et le coin cuisine bien pratique. J'y ai séjourné plusieurs fois et j'y retournerai à nouveau sans hésitation.

訪訪客我選擇了酒店的安全停車場和附近的電車站,因爲我已經告訴格勒諾布爾中心的停車場是一場噩夢。酒店是一個非常愉快的驚喜,樂於助人的友好的工作人員,舒適的房間,體面的早餐和10分鐘的電車到市中心。格勒諾布爾是遊覽該地區山脈的絕佳位置。非常物有所值,我會很高興再次入住。

訪訪客格勒諾布爾「Caserne de Bonne」的 Residhome Appart Hotel 是我在新冠疫情之前的經典飯店之一，最近我在格勒諾布爾出差時又回到了這家飯店。我很高興看到優質的服務、房間和設施仍然完好無損。顯然，我們不應該忘記這家酒店的優越位置，就在格勒諾布爾市中心（周圍有很多商店和餐廳）。因此，我向任何有興趣短期訪問格勒諾布爾的人推薦它。房間非常漂亮、乾淨，而且足夠大，我也可以在裡面工作，並在廚房裡準備一些茶點。我的房間只有一扇天花板窗戶，但我在那裡不是為了看風景，所以對我來說完全沒問題（儘管這可能會給一些人帶來麻煩）。非常重要的是，床很舒服，我睡得像個嬰兒。我的預訂包含早餐，我必須說，與羅納-阿爾卑斯地區其他同類型酒店相比，早餐要好一些（所有基本設施都有，特別是精選的起司）。最後，酒店的工作人員很友好並且總是樂於助人。

訪訪客Das Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl und die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist okay und die Aussicht war schön, aber eine Lampe im Zimmer war kaputt, leider waren im Bad teilweise noch Haare von vorherigen Besuchern, in der Duschkabine an den Fugen war schwarzer Schimmel und das Kissen hat etwas unangenehm gerochen. Privat würde ich das Hotel vermutlich nicht buchen.
