最美普拉亞穆赫雷酒店-全包(Finest Playa Mujeres by the Excellence Collection - All Inclusive)

I can easily say this is the best all inclusive resort I've been in. The food was so good that its uncharacteristic of an all inclusive resort.Lunch at the italian (mussles,calamari,chicken pasta) , dinner at the steakhouse (rib eye and you won't go wrong), dukes for lobster, soji, the spanish restaurant e.t.c The staff were amazing always helpful. Beach was amazing and all the facilities around the hotel. Will come back again for sure.

The workers do a great job, property is well maintained, but the rooms are just not clean enough. Mold on the walls and the patio furniture, and in the bathroom. The rooms are just so wet and cold and damp . Getting into bed the pillows are damp/wet. Your clothes becomes wet… the floors in the rooms are not clean enough and I saw the same mess/tumble**** on the patio floor for the entirety of my stay. Also nothing about the room is child safe. This is my second time staying with the Finest Playa Mujeres. The staffs there really tried to clean and make sure you have a pleasant stay. However, they did drop the service a bit compare to last time. Seems like they don’t have enough staff to arrange the amount of people staying in the resort. Long wait time on getting a table for dining. Even though there were empty tables. Some servers at the restaurants were great, but some were not. Check in was horrible, I made a reservation with 2 rooms and they needed one person from each room to check in with a different staff which was very inconvenient and cause longer wait time. Beware when you come during September, mad mosquitos, you will get bit like crazy… and $35 usd a bottle of mosquito repellent at the resort… Also they said this is a family friendly resort, but the French restaurant is adults only, so if you bring your children, I guess you cannot dine in the French restaurant. The craziest thing was they had a hot water issue and took them over 24 hours to get fixed. How is it possible for parents who brings a newborn survive 24 hours with no hot water. And after they fixed it, the water was coming out yellow, it looks like iron which is very bad for washing baby bottles and sanitary. It’s actually dangerous. Also look out on the bed frames, the side panel edges are sharp. You are going to get bruises all over your leg. Hopefully this rating will help the resort to improve, because this was not a five star experience.

Simplemente las mejores vacaciones que he tenido hasta ahora, desde que llegamos el personal nos recibió muy amable, con champagne, La chica del check in nos ayudó a cambiar habitaciones ya que la reserva estaba mal hecha, todos saludaban y eran corteses, las habitaciones limpias, el baño amplio, todas las habitaciones tienen jacuzzi, la vista es muy bonita, tiene piscinas suficientes para todos, la comida fue excelente, el buffet tenía de todo, los restaurantes no necesitan reservación así que podíamos ir a más de uno en una sola noche, todos los días habían shows en la noche para entretener y actividades durante el día, tienen personal que va a ti en la playa por si deseas algo de tomar, de verdad que la atención al cliente en este lugar me dejo boquiabierta, súpero mis expectativas, volveré !

Even though we had a rough reception with a Finest Club concierge when we first arrived, Oliver (el jefe) made sure the rest of our stay was wonderful. From the Finest Club beach area where Eduardo, Fernando, Javier and Isabel took such good care of us. To Kayla at the Finest Club concierge who would check in with us to make sure everything was good. A special thanks to Karla, Oliver’s asst, who went beyond expectations and would find us anywhere we were to make sure we were more than satisfied.
