I will never stay at this hotel again. I have been coming since they opened and each and every time I think the issues are a one time thing and it will get better and it never does. The staff here is the most unprofessional I have ever experienced. The hotel cannot even explain what the bill means or what is on it. I was brought down to review a bill 3 different times and then again at checkout. No one could explain all of the charges. I was supposed to have all inclusive yet was not allowed to have breakfast the morning I checked out. When asking the front desk agent, Kevin, to explain the charges because he was showing me two different bills he called me high maintenance under his breath. The complete lack of customer service here is appalling. At the same time this was happening a drunk man staying at the hotel projectile vomited all over the lobby. I was staying here because they promised to make it right after the last time I stayed and they messed up my reservation. This was the last time. The other options in this price range in Cancun are light years ahead of this one both atmosphere wise and professional courtesy wise.
